Peter showed them clearly how an economy grows, why the United States became the richest country in the world, and how socialism destroys wealth. The fact they still endorsed Simmons shows that the people in the Editorial Board are self-destructive lunatics who would like nothing more than seeing this great country reduced to ashes.

This just shows how centralized governments dont work. The average joe just doesnt understand it and is easily tricked or bribed by it. No matter how well it starts out, and we started better than any had before, eventually it always goes bad. We must finally admit the truth, this isn't working, we must end the Federal Government, and go back to an alliance of states. I call it a FMGS (Free Market Governmental System). Similar to a free market economy, state governments compete with each other and that keeps them from being evil, otherwise their people leave.

A medieval peasant had to work one day out of 6 for the lord as part of his rent to live on the lords land. A surf was an indentured servant, so technically a surf gave 100% of his labor to the lord.

I don't have too much hope left in me because of crap like this. Democracies and Republics don't work when the people are this dumb. Even a lot of the people that actually joined the Tea Party movement, did it for the wrong reasons. It's very sad that to win people over we have to make them feel like they are part of a big group, because they don't have a mind of their own.
