File under "No good deed goes unpunished".
So, I'm trying to clear out some of the clutter around the house, and I came across a whole set of second grade home school material, that I had stored under my desk from my kid's work. Saxon math and a LifePac course.
None of this was marked up too much because I used copies for the worksheets.
I offered it for free on CL.
Woman emails me, asks if I could ship the Saxon Math to her and she would mail a check for postage.
Sure, why not, says I against my better judgement.
I ship it all to her along with a receipt for postage due.
She writes me today and says, I didn't want all this material, just the math, that's why the postage was so high, ($23 bucks) I don't want to pay that, I want to mail it back, blarg blarg blarg.
My email back:

I wanted to give you all the material I had because I know firsthand how expensive it was to buy.
Forget about the postage, use what you can to help out the kids with their homeschool work.
Use what you do not need for chicken bedding or firestarter or pass it along to somebody who may use it.
That's a better option than throwing it in the dumpster.
