Thanks. I seen a map of the original territory but I knew that could not be true. There was no way the government would give them 1:20th the land of the US.
Major screw job there

I like the following quote in the Deposit and Withdrawals section. They are telling you to read between the lines "we will not be informing the U.S. government the interest your account earned or the capital appreciation you earned based on gold/silver price increases."
To show support, I plan on investing (in their initial USD allowance) the amount I can afford to lose in the event this is a scam, someone embezzles, or the government shuts it down and confiscates. Who else can invest something ?
Isn't Lakota basically a sovereign nation since declaring independence last year? So wouldn't that make Fed action unlikely? How can the Fed raid something of another nation? That'd be like the Fed raiding Switzerland or something.
Maybe Lakota should ask for some defense help from Russia? (not defense as in actual military defense, but just their support in general) The only reason that Fed action might happen is because Lakota is small and it would be easy for them to do something, but if another legitimate country had their backs, they might be fine.
is it legal to use the word "bank" if you're not FDIC or Fed Res approved?

I haven't heard anyone refer to their piggy bank as a 'swine-shaped coin container'. Yet.
I wonder if they are willing to sell allodial rights within their sovereign territory?
If so, it would be the IDEAL place for free staters to move, as we could REALLY buy the land, and never owe taxes to anyone for all time!
Now you're trying to fan a little smoldering ember into a war. Broke natives on the res not paying property tax is one thing. Us non-card carrying, non-numbered non-natives jumping in could really piss Washington off.
I thought they declared sovereignty and got away with it. So it would be like Washington invading Canada to get the Americans that moved there to avoid the draft.
One downside is I believe you have to renounce your U.S. citizenship to become a citizen in the Nation of Lakota. Anyone know anything more about that? Where would they deport you to if you theoretically did that and it got raided?

From my State's Constitution:
Sec. 15. Lands allodial; void agricultural leases. All lands within the state are allodial and feudal tenures of every description with all their incidents are prohibited. Leases and grants of agricultural lands for a longer period than 21 years reserving rent or service of any kind shall be void.
