OH - Haitian migrants eating cats?

I posted it because I thought it...odd...and would like to find the answers.

Why do you have a problem with that?

That's what a forum like this is supposed to be about.
My only problem with it is that it appears to have nothing to do with the topic of the thread. It's pointless. No wonder this thread has 600 posts, yet leads nowhere.

I have no opinion on them one way or the other.

I'm just curious what they are all about.

But if a bunch of white people marched around claiming they were the chosen ones of God, you can damn well be sure they would be called "supremacists".

A bunch of white people already do. And America sends them millions of dollars every year. They also got away with attacking the USS Liberty.

Here's hoping the garbage humans eat Stephen King's cat.

I'm skeptical it's Haitians, just as I was with the original story.

You never know. In California, coyotes are notorious for hunting cats.

Wildlife experts say a bobcat found dead near a Bangor neighborhood where roughly 20 pet cats have gone missing in recent months may have played a role but likely wasn’t solely to blame for the disappearances.

Trisha Bruen, Bangor’s animal control officer, said a vehicle struck and killed the female bobcat on Buck Street near the horse barn entrance to Bass Park on Thursday. The animal was found roughly two months after the other cats began vanishing from the Fairmount neighborhood.

Those missing pet cats remain mostly unaccounted for, according to Jennifer Delano, a neighborhood resident who created a map of where they live. Only one has returned home, and neighbors haven’t reported finding the remains of any cats.
...
While bobcats can kill house cats and the carcass was found near where so many of the pets have been reported missing, Bruen said she doesn’t believe more than a dozen cats could have fallen victim to a single one of them.

“I still believe multiple species of wildlife, and possibly even some humans, are responsible for the missing cats,” Bruen said. “The only way to ensure our cats don’t fall victim to wildlife attacks, thefts and vehicle strikes is to keep them inside.”

Jennifer Vashon, a game research supervisor for the Maine Department of Inland Fisheries & Wildlife, agreed that house cats have a variety of natural predators, including bobcats, but added that it would be “pure speculation” to say the one that was found on Tuesday was responsible for all the missing Fairmount cats.

While the bobcat could hunt a house cat, Delano said neighbors are still divided on what or who is causing the cats to go missing. Some believe a coyote is responsible, as they’ve been known to roam through the neighborhood. Others think human involvement is more likely.

I live on the edge of some woods. We have had at least 3 cats never come home. We no longer allow the cats outdoors unsupervised.
One time there was snow on the ground and a fox had found a spot to stake out our door. He was there waiting and watching. Coyotes would come and eat our chickens when we had them. It is not uncommon for cats to go missing.

With that said, if people don't like massive feral cat population and then they are gone, why complain? Same thing with ducks and geese.

Cats are pretty independent. In my experience the ones outdoors probably don't just go up to people to be petted and snatched. They usually are cautious and keep their distance.

Have you considered that there could be thousands of Haitians in your woods?

It's hilarious the Democrats are relying on the cat lady demographic while also importing people who are significantly reducing that very same demographic.

WJXT4 is a TV station in Jacksonville, Florida.

Springfield is a neighborhood of Jacksonville.

They caught the guy.

Not looking Haitian:

Dude. You're slow. How are you going to go repost the same video that's already been debunked early in this thread? Yes it has been proven that at least two people have killed and eaten cats in or near Springfield Ohio recently but neither of those people were Haitian. And that's the main problem I pointed out about J.D. Vance and you said that he "made a mistake" and now you're doubling down on the same mistake. You remind me of the people that kept pushing the Iraq WMD story even after Dubya had backed away from it.

Edit: And it wasn't even the same freaking state! Click on TheCount's link, watch the actual news report and you'll see that the incident you posted was from Springfield Florida and not Springfield Ohio.

The hilarity I see is how quickly the pro-Trump TDS crowd decided to join that demographic.

A few years ago, they all of a sudden became the world's biggest fans of Title IX and women's sports. And now they're all of a sudden competing with PETA for who can most irrationally put the rights of animals ahead of humans.

We're not far from a complete flip-flop of the parties. The 2032 GOP will be identical to the 1992 Democrats and the 2032 Democrats will be identical to the 1992 Republicans. And all this will happen without actual people switching parties, but just mindlessly following what the news tells them their beliefs are now.

Swing and a miss.

Throwing red paint on people wearing fur or eating a burger is not the same thing as being angry at having a bunch of bio weapons inserted into your home town by a traitorous government that has declared war on you, such invaders who are not needed, welcome or wanted there, especially when they bring with them the unpleasant habit of eating your house pets.
