Official Thread: 2024 Vote Fraud

We do now have one indictment for illegal imigrant voting in Alabama

So one false positive (that I know of) so far and one indictment so far. And this indictment is a federal indictment in the Northern District of Albama which, as I pointed out to Swordsmyth, is still occupied by a Trump appointee.

See: https://www.justice.gov/usao-ndal/p...ame false identity, and from Guatemala in 2022.

We'll see how many of the 3,000 "alien voters" turn out to be false positives, how many turn out to be indictiments, and how many are never resolved one way or the other.

Id guest most would go unresolved if truly illegal wont be found to prosecute ?

I sure am looking forward to four years of fringe Republicans bitching ineffectually about the dump trucks full of objective proof of the cheat during the Harris presidency.

Yes, perhaps more strongly written letters will be required

I look forward to Republicans spending the next four years bitching and moaning about an election that they knew the entire time was going to be stolen.

Jan 6 gives me hope they might get angry enough to do something.

This powder keg is gonna light at some point, no clue when but eventually.

Oh look, we have another case of people doing a choral reading of deepstate talking points with the MSM:

The Justice Department issued a warning to states Monday to tread lightly in trying to clean up their election systems of bogus names and ineligible voters, firing a shot across the bow of GOP-led states that have been trying to erase noncitizens from their rolls.
Department officials also released a web video pleading with people to come forward with stories if they think they have been “improperly” removed.

Isn't it heartwarming how much they care about folks' civil rights?

And with such alert and eager vigilance!

It's almost enough to bring a tear to my eye ...

... 'cause it makes me laugh so hard.

Oh look. We have another case of someone who hates actual facts even when they aren't actually against the position he is trying to advance, that there are some cases of illegal immigrants voting, but they don't go bat guano crazy as what he would prefer. The Trump appointed AG in the Northern District of Aalbama actually got one indictment and rather than be happy about that you want to bitch about it. Typical. There are illegal votes, just not proof of millions of them. And there is reason to be careful in moving forward because white people who have been here for generations have been falsely put on the list.

Actual facts are not what you are talking about, or what the government is talking about.
Cry me a river about a few legitimate people who had to actually prove their legitimacy because they didn't before, that's how all legitimate systems work.
The rolls are stuffed to the gills with the dead, people who moved out of state and are registered in both, foreigners, and all manner of other fraudulent entities, and that has been proven over and over for many years.
You are doing exactly what the DoJ is doing, using a few unfortunate exceptions that can be easily remedied to refuse to look at the overflowing fraud and dare to gaslight us that it isn't happening as we show loads of evidence.

Report: Over 140,000 in Wisconsin Can Vote Without ID in 2024 Through Loophole

https://www.breitbart.com/politics/...can-vote-without-id-in-2024-through-loophole/

BRADLEY JAYE 10 Sep 2024

A loophole in Wisconsin election laws poses a significant risk to election integrity, a report finds.

More than 140,000 Wisconsinites can vote in the 2024 election without proving their identify by self-identifying as “Indefinitely Confined,” a new report by the Wisconsin Institute for Law & Liberty reveals. Through the loophole, voters can receive an absentee ballot indefinitely without ever showing an ID.

The “Indefinitely Confined” exception has skyrocketed since 2016, when approximately 66,000 voters registered under the status. In 2020 amid the pandemic, 265,979 registered under the exemption, when clerks in Democratic strongholds encouraged voters to exploit the loophole to circumvent Wisconsin’s voter ID requirements in 2020 – a practice later rebuked unanimously by the Supreme Court.

Joe Biden defeated Donald Trump in the state by just over 20,000 votes, in a swing of around 48,000 votes to Democrats from the 2016 election when Trump carried the state.

“Confidence in our elections continues to be dangerously low in Wisconsin and across the country,” WILL Research Director Will Flanders said in a statement. “Voter ID is a popular and well-executed way to keep our elections secure and free of fraud. While the Governor refused to fix this loophole in the years since 2020, efforts must be made by local election clerks to resolve it as much as possible.”

Wisconsin voter ID laws require citizens to show ID to vote in most circumstances. However, ID is not required simply to register to vote.

The “Indefinitely Confined” exception provides a loophole for potential voters to avoid ever showing an ID.

“The indefinitely confined status was designed to provide those who are elderly, sick, or physically unable to get to the polls with an opportunity to vote,” WILL Policy Director Kyle Koenen added. “Although designed with good intentions, as our report shows, the system has a few key flaws that should be resolved.”

State laws require the removal of voters from the indefinitely confined list under specified circumstances. According to WILL, “if a voter does not return an absentee ballot after receiving one, the municipal clerk must notify them that they will be removed from the absentee mailing list unless they renew their application within 30 days. Voters can also be removed upon their request or if reliable information indicates they are no longer eligible, such as when a voter casts a ballot in person.”

However, not all counties comply with state law, WILL alleges. The number of voters using the exemption remains about 144,347.

Actual facts are not what you are talking about, or what the government is talking about.

Wrong. That's all that I"m talking about. How many actual prosecutions can actually be brought by a Trump appointed prosecutor in a very red state where the AG is eager to prosecute as many illegal immigrants as possible. Those are actual facts. So far the answer is one. There maybe more. If there is I'll post them. If you were actually looking for the facts you would have done this for me and I wouldn't have had to do it. I mean, you do want these people prosecuted right?

And as for your nebulous claim of "the government" the Albama AG that put toghether the 3,000 "alien voting list" that you're quoting from is part of "the government." And guess what part of his job is? That's right. Recommending people for prosecution! So...you accept facts from "the government" when they agree with you and reject facts from "the government" when they don't or when you think that they don't. That's called mental gymnastics. As the AG of Alabama he has more local resources available to actually get to the bottom of how many of these 3,000+ voters are illegally voting than the federal prosecutor. He is clearly interested in this. Why do a press release about the 3,000 potentially illegal immigrant voters if you have no plan to pursue the issue? Nobody wants egg on their face. So far he's come up with 1 illegal voter and there's been 1 false positive.

This was a GOP passed bill that actually makes abstentee voting harder than it was under COVID.

https://www.wispolitics.com/2023/bi...y-confined-status-for-voting-headed-to-evers/

Voters seeking to claim indefinitely confined status would now have to apply for the designation rather than simply signing a statement under legislation the Senate approved.

The bill, which now heads to Gov. Tony Evers, was born out of GOP complaints over the number of people who claimed indefinitely confined status during the COVID-19 pandemic. According to a Legislative Audit Bureau review of the 2020 election, 220,404 voters claimed that status for the November election that year. That includes 169,901 individuals who claimed that status for the first time in 2020.

It passed 22-11 Tuesday along party lines.

Under current law, voters must sign a statement that they are indefinitely confined due to age, physical illness, infirmity or disability. They then don’t have to show a photo ID and are automatically sent a ballot at each election.

The bill would set new standards, including that someone claiming the status must be unable to travel independently without significant burden due to frailty, physical illness or a disability that is expected to last longer than one year. The Elections Commission would have to create an application that voters seeking the status would be required to fill out, and most applicants would have to submit proof of ID.

The Senate approved two other election bills:

*AB 335, which would require the campaign committee of any candidate found guilty of certain felony charges to be dissolved. Any remaining funds would be returned to donors or donated to the state’s common school fund after outstanding debts are paid. A court would be required to appoint a new treasurer for the committee to carry out the dissolution order. It passed via voice vote.

*AB 396, which would set a cap of $250 to obtain the state’s voter registration list. Now, the Wisconsin Elections Commission sets the fee, and it’s $12,500. The bill would allow charges beyond the $250 for providing a physical copy of the list and to cover any costs for reproduction and postage. It passed 22-11.

More on the bill.

https://docs.legis.wisconsin.gov/2023/related/lcamendmemo/sb582

And here's a link to the actual bill:

https://legiscan.com/WI/text/SB582/id/2847620

Here's what it says about voter ID.

Current law allows a voter who is indefinitely confined because of age, physical illness, infirmity, or disability to have, by signing a statement to that effect, an absentee ballot automatically sent to the voter for every election. The voter is not required to submit a copy of his or her voter identification with the request to automatically receive absentee ballots. Current law requires the voter to notify the
municipal clerk when the voter is no longer indefinitely confined. Also, under current law, if a voter fails to vote an absentee ballot the voter receives as a result of his or her indefinitely confined status, the voter must renew his or her application for indefinitely confined status within 30 days or be removed from the indefinitely confined status list. Finally, the municipal clerk must remove a voter from the
indefinitely confined status list upon the voter's request or upon receipt of reliable information that the voter no longer qualifies as indefinitely confined.
.

Unless the applicant is exempted from providing proof of identification under s. 6.87 (4) (b) 2. or 3., or the applicant is a military or overseas elector, the elector shall enclose a copy of his or her proof of identification or any authorized substitute document with his or her application.

Note the part that I underlined. Under the old law voters were not required to provide an ID at all to receive an abstenee ballot. Under the new law voters are required to provide ID unless there meet certain already established exceptions under the law such as being in the military or overseas or some other exception already in the law.

So no, this isn't some scheme to help people vote without ID. It's actually the opposted. It's an attempt to close, at least partially, a gaping loophole that existed in 2020. You're welcome.

Ohio Secretary of State Frank LaRose warned election boards to be extra vigilant in the weeks before the November election after an investigation uncovered illegal voter registration forms circulating in Clark County.

In a media advisory, the secretary of state's office noted, "The office’s Election Integrity Unit recently concluded an investigation into the origins of an illegal voter registration form translated into the Haitian Creole language. The Clark County Board of Elections reported this form to our office after rejecting its submission by a local applicant."
In a memo to election officials, Hun Yi, director of investigations for the Secretary of State's Public Integrity Division, said, “The Board confirmed they’ve only received one of these unauthorized forms, but they rightly recognized it as illegal and worked with my team to track down its source with the help of a county government assistance office."
“The form was erroneously included among others outsourced to a foreign language translation service. It garnered national attention considering the high number of Haitian refugees that have recently migrated to the Springfield area, and it serves as an important reminder that boards and designated voter registration agencies should be vigilant about the use of forms submitted to their office," Yi added.
Clark County is home to Springfield, Ohio, where as many as 30,000 Haitians have unexpectedly migrated—most of them semi-legally after the Biden-Harris administration extended Temporary Protected Status to 300,000 Haitian migrants in June.
The mass migration to Springfield has taxed hospitals, schools, and social services as the population went from around 60,000 to more than 80,000 overnight.
LaRose's press release noted an ongoing investigation into "evidence of a pattern of fraudulent voter registration activity in multiple counties under the paid employment of a group called Black Fork Strategies."

Black Fork's website boasts that its goal is "building long-term progressive power" through canvassing and voter registration, among other things.
Last month, LaRose's office referred a number of election fraud cases involving Black Fork for prosecution.
"Prosecutors in 20 counties received referrals for violations involving petition forms to grant minor party status, petition forms to place a constitutional amendment regarding redistricting on the November ballot, and fraudulent voter registration forms submitted by canvassers working on behalf of Black Fork Strategies LLC," his office said. "The office’s Election Integrity Unit has been working to build the referrals to assist each county prosecutor with successful enforcement of the law, including criminal charges."
In July, Sherry Poland, director of elections for Hamilton County near Cincinnati, reported on multiple instances of fraud discovered by the board of elections, including a "stack of registration forms" that appear to be in the same handwriting submitted by a Black Fork canvasser.
Black Fork Strategies, an Ohio based progressive organization that touts itself as "Building Long-Term Progressive Power" has been identified by Hamilton county elections officials as having submitted a number of irregular voter registrations and changes.

Alex Trianfaflou, a Hamilton County Board of Elections member and chairman of the Ohio Republican Pary, said at the time, “The first thing I want to point out is, you know, we use words like ‘anomalies,’ ‘suspicion,’ and everything else because we try to be PC, I guess. But this is fraud, outright fraudulent behavior."

“Who’s responsible or how they’re responsible, that will be up to somebody other than me," he added. "It’s plain and obvious to me when you get this many registration cards with the very same handwriting that someone is trying to defraud the elections process in Hamilton County.”
Canvassers have a long history of taking advantage of disadvantaged individuals who may not speak English well enough to understand what they're being asked to sign.
Yi said in the press release on Thursday, “All county boards should be vigilant about the integrity of registration forms submitted by any public or private entity, especially third-party groups hiring paid operatives who often work on a bounty system based on the quantity, not quality, of their work."
“This is a reminder to all of our elections officials to be vigilant as we enter the final weeks of voter registration eligibility for the 2024 general election,” LaRose warned. "We’re continuing to aggressively pursue third-party groups and paid canvassers who’ve been submitting fraudulent registration forms, and we’re cracking down on the use of illegal forms that aren’t authorized by my office as the law requires. These investigations are happening even as we continue to broaden the enforcement of Ohio’s constitutional citizenship voting requirement.”
