Nothing to see here. Not enough to change the result. Just an understandable human error.

How can people that are counting these ballots not notice a stack/batch that says 10,000 that is so tiny in size. If I go to the store and get a 5 pound bag of potatoes and it says 50 pounds, it would be easy to see that it is not 50 pounds without even weighing the product.
 
They say:
The miscounted batch had been be signed off by two official counters.

And: This is grossly misleading. The recording error during the DeKalb hand count doesn't impact the overall GA margin, because the tally was recorded correctly in the original count.

How can two Official Counters Sign off on that?

It appears that what happened was that each precinct had it's results put onto a memory stick. Those memory sticks were then collected and were supposed to be connected to a machine (computer) and counted. It appears that conveniently someone skipped memory sticks from heavily GOP precincts.

Then when it came time for the recount, it was "hey, where is the stick for precinct x?" with a reply of "oh, it's over here, gee, how did we miss that the first time?"

One would have to question the accuracy of the vote count that did get put on memory sticks.

That was in the three counties. What we were talking about was this report.

The statements made by them would make a person question the accuracy of the recount.

So far three Georgia counties have found ‘missing’ votes for President Trump in the statewide recount.

The recount however appears to be rigged because elections officials are not checking signatures and now it is being revealed that the state is instructing officials to report original vote totals.
“I have irrefutable evidence that GA local election officials were instructed by state to report original vote totals & NOT report recount totals which are different. These people are corrupt to point of criminality. They are intentionally engaged in fraud in a federal election.” Lin Wood said.
