"Could care less" is a shortening of the phrase "I could care less, but it would take an effort." Why get peeved at shorthand for a common idiom?

I've made the transition and now support the thinking behind this quote... this ruling did it for me.
We need an "ampero" ammendment to the US Constitution in which a citizen has the ability to individually challenge the unconstitutionality of any law and put some bite into each citizen grievence.
What's interesting is that most people don't understand is not that you just have to buy insurance but THEIR insurance. As an example, as a small business owner I carry major medical on my family. I WILL NO LONGER be able to buy my policy. I have to buy their APPROVED policy which provides for expanded coverage that I don't need or want!!!! I'm to stupid to figure out what I need. I'm just a stupid engineer, not a great politician or health care expert.
So where does this logically end?
Let's see, the auto industry is having trouble, we are mandated to buy a new car or pay a tax!
Let's push green technology, you are required to buy solar panels for your house, or pay a tax!
On, and on .......... There is no limit to the federal reach. What have we done.
Can we form the Ron Paul party?
How can it be a tax if the money goes to a health insurance corporation?
Welcome your new corporate masters citizen!

How much less?
I think you mean you "COULDN'T" care less. Sorry, just a pet-peeve.
Black market healthcare is coming to a town near you. That's what is going to happen.
I seriously can't believe this. It's like they don't understand what's constitutional and what isn't.
This ruling actually helps folks like Ron and Rand Paul who have been marginalized in the past for overtstating that the government wants to run your life. Well, here it is in no uncertain terms.
Yes sir. Yes they are.Is the Supreme Court fucking retarded?
On the bright side:
A lot (and I mean a LOT) of non-liberty types hate Obamacare. The USSC has just handed the liberty movement the most ammunition we have had in a long time. Now the liberty movement needs to move for a repeal of the 16th Amendment and require the Federal government to revert to it's historical way of raising funds by apportionment among the states and duties.
Yes sir. Yes they are.
