They knew that if this was ruled unconstitutional, then SS was up next.....They justified it the same way they justify the SS mandate: a tax.

So then was it was found to operate effectively as SSI and FICA are suppose to be (but no longer do), meaning that you can opt to participate or not to your preference, as a voluntarily entitlement, but that you cannot be compelled to participate (regardless if you opt to earn a livelihood or not)?

This ruling is a stretch even for the supremes.

A tax is levied when you purchase something - not when you refuse to.

I will now run for President on a platform that includes a mandate to only buy "made by (insert corporate masters)" goods, buy Monsanto or else. I'll trash the world economy and the pocketbooks of the middle class - for the good of my corporate masters the country of course.
