Hawaii isn't a Kingdom. Even so, this grasping at straws is getting ridiculous. Even if any of this garbage were ever upheld, all it would do is end up disenfranchising all of our citizens from Hawaii, Alaska, the territories, and possibly other areas.

If both, then its a state.
Louisiana is still under the status "conquer territory of the U.S." from after the Civil War.
We still have federal laws on the books that only pertain to the southern states.
This is also where the fed starting giving out "privileges" to the conquered people... which continues today in our modern government of the state has the right and give privileges to the subjecated peoples.

For the record, people born of US Citizens, are natural born US Citizens. Even if they are born on the moon. Sorry guys. I wish we could take these freaks out of the race on a technicality, but this argument is nonsense. And furthermore, people born of US Citizens SHOULD be natural born US Citizens. ESPECIALLY if born while parents are serving the US Gov't overseas. I mean, c'mon!
