I am gonna weigh in on this... do you really think the MSM needs this movie as a way to "try" and discredit RON PAUL. This is something his supporters, us, are doing - so it is not a reflection on Ron Paul. I mean, when they are using "who" donated to Ron Paul as fodder - then we will have to walk on eggshells for the rest of this campaign.

I mean, just think about that... A clown or stripper DONATED TO RON PAUL... that is news to them.. you know what I mean? Listen, they don't need anything to make fun of Ron Paul - I am sure soon enough they will be using anagrams on his name to try and discredit him..

Yes, I realize it is loosely based on a historical figure, but the IDEA of the movie is what is inspiring this, and NO ONE is going to spin it that Ron Paul's followers advocate blowing up buildings and killing people. Okay, I've been watching this debate rage, for three days now. I don't understand the CON argument at all. We are using a movie that dramatically portrays the struggles of one man against a tyrannical goverment as inspiration for a fundraising drive on 11/5. If you haven't been keeping up on current events, this is exactly what this campaign is about. The violence used in the movie is no worse then the violence used by soldiers during the revolutionary war. I mean it's not like it's Kill Bill- is it?????

So My thought is this, if you hate the idea, then don't participate, but don't be so arrogant to state that something as innocent as this, and it is innocent, will bring down the ron paul campaign. I personally will be donating on the fifth.
