He's sagely following the old adage--"Pick your battles." And, to tell you the truth, compared to internet neutrality, privacy issues, real money, habeus corpus and a number of other things, I would move this down the list too.

Even Paul has the right to pick his battles, just like the rest of us do. He has never indicated he wanted to pursue this specific matter, so it should not be a surprise he did not challenge the certification. It will now be up to the courts, unless they drop the ball and go with their "we decline to resolve political questions" dodge.

Ron Paul already gets enough ridicule over issues when it is painfully obvious that he is telling the truth. How far out on the limb do you want him to go?
