The states delegate chair will be Pro-Paul. He is responsible for reporting the state vote to RNC convention chair. Thats the point. And states HAVE THE RIGHT to vote before they submit the result.

exactly, i am not worried one bit about colorado ,since we filled the national delegation committee positions with ron paulers I know they are doing this in all states we win. This will make it very difficult for the rnc to cheat.

exactly, in colorado we had the numbers in the cd's on fri and sat we did not,but the unity slate over 2 days = we did very well
