I think NV will count as a nominating state. A plurality of NV delegates should be able to nominate Ron even if they are bound to Romney. Nothing in the rules forbids it.

We had a bunch of people in the minuteman groups around here start the process to be delegates for Ron Paul in 2007 or 2008. I had no real idea what that meant until the Epic Broomstick Guy took us in and kept us up to speed the whole time yesterday.

I think I could do it now.

I would defiantly try to find some way to study and understand the Robert's Rules of Order better. They seem designed to keep things moving and keep a level playing field. So often in my experience they seem to have been used to steamroll agenda's right over those of us not watching our toes close enough.

It was to the Party Platform, which operates more as a Guideline than anything else. For the most part, its not really paid that much attention. Funny thing is that it is where we spend most of our time debating.

Plurality: Since we decided to not try to Unbind Delegates, I am unsure as to whether or not this gives us Plurality or not.
