Net neutrality killed in court

I'm surprised that this isn't being talked about here. A lot of channels I'm subscribed to on youtube think that this is end of the internet. They're afraid isps are going to start blocking of parts of the internet and charging extra for it. I don't really know what to think of this.

Correct me if I am wrong.

The "law" did not pass Congress, so after several attempts the administration just went around them and decided to implement it anyway.

And Boobus is worried about the internet?

Just so my cards are straight:

Senator Paul votes Yea on the motion to proceed with this bill which prevents the FCC from having authority to regulate broadband and Internet practices?

So it's good he voted this way but bad in that the motion to proceed with said bill to restrict the FCC failed. Correct?
