Some of you may remember the major Nashville paper, the Tennessean, blacking out Ron Paul's rally in Nashville in October. The editor, Mark Silverman, claimed "internal communications error" which either means incompetence or willful negligence.

See this thread:

Then again yesterday they COMPLETELY leave Ron Paul out of their voter guide:

Here is what I sent:

You blacklisted Congressman Dr. Ron Paul TWICE in the same election cycle!!!

Are you going to claim internal incompetence like last time, or was this an outright biased attempt at swaying the results of the election?

Your daily publication is pathetic and I wouldn't use it for toilet paper even if it came down to a choice of that or tree bark!

Here's what I said:

In your recent Voter section etc. you completely omitted Ron Paul from the pages. He has perhaps
the largest following in America among the American people. You may not care about the American
people or even us state tax payers - you may only care about ushering in the the demise of the
United States as we know it, you may only care about rushing to pay all your taxes fro the education
of illegal immigrants, you may only care about furthering Marxism - but we the people do care! We
care about our lives and the lives of our children! We want our country back and only Ron Paul stands
with us and for us in that. Don't use the tactics of the Iron Curtain on the american people by eliminating
or erasing names! http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Destalinization#De.E2.88.92Stalinization_and_the_Khrushchev_era

Don't treat the good people of our State like subjects of a red communist country!

I will be looking forward to a reprint of your layout that includes Ron Paul and which accurately characterizes
his record and his position on the issues!

Thank you!
My Name Here.

I don't suggest we use the same letter tho. It only takes a minute to say: Hay, you missed and
it's not fair - Please fix it!

Thanks for all your effort matt. You ROCK bro!

Everyone is getting the same thing from him.
From Mark Silverman, editor in Chief of the Tennessean:
[email protected]:
"I apologize for the omission.

The candidates' position grid we published was provided by one of our wire services. It omitted Dr. Paul. We should have caught the omission but we did not. There's no excuse on our part -- but that's what happened."
Here is my e-mail back to him:

Understandable but still inexcusable.

What are you going to do to make it right?
