Rand is an anti establishment doctor but most voters don't know it! Trump has taken the anti establishment spot, and Carson has taken the 'doctor' role

And Rand won't ever talk about the fact that he's a doctor and not a career politician. He would rather waste the time that he's given in the debates by attacking the other candidates.

Attacking is not the issue, poorly executed attacks maybe. I expect Rand to attack like a bulldog this debate, however in a much more authoritative and likable way.

Rand's low polling is due to his really dumb strategy. And his weak immigration stance

Yes, he really should take a strong immigration stance, like Trump. If he can become a bit more boisterous and perhaps even be an asshole sometimes like Trump I think that would also really help his campaign.

Why is he curling his hair? Wouldn't he poll much better with a straight comb-over? I don't get why the campaign can't adopt the proven methods of the front runner.

Rand needs to attack the immigration issue, but not coming out for some stance on the issue, but put the issue in its place. Which is below a strong sound currency.
Sound money would stop a lot of the problems that we have. But that is taking a lower seat in the talk of the day. Sad, very sad.
Talk about the welfare state vs immigration.

Actually, Trump is copying Rand in a lot of rhetoric. But without any sort of plan.

Trump = "anchor babies" 2015, Rand = "anchor babies" 2011
Trump = "simple tax plan on an index card" late 2015, Rand = "flat tax one page" early 2015
etc...

Trump has been just plain lucky. who would have guessed that there would be a Muslim refugee crisis across Europe? all of a sudden?

Trump is not lucky. He uses the odds and the wind.

At first he said, "We have to have compasion and let them in, even if there may be some that are ISIS.", but then, with his finger in the air wet with spit, he changed his mind.

And the establishment media. You know, the guys giving him billions of dollars worth of free advertising. Trust this... If they said the name "Satan" as much as they said "Trump" over the last few months, he'd be at 30% in the polls.

Rand isn't a particularly good politician, his dad was much better at winning hearts and minds. Rand just doesn't come off as likable to people and unless he's taking a warrior prose and going full on libertarian it's not going to work, people don't care about GOP talking points stop trying to win them over.

Ron Paul is your idea of a good politician? And you're sure that no one cares about conservative talking points? How can you be so sure that people even hear GOO talking points? If they don't like them when they actually hear them, then how was Ron Paul as good at winning hearts and minds as you claim he is? And why wasn't he president the last five years if he was that good?

Just curious how many knots your line of thought travels through on the way to these conclusions...

I disagree. Rand came off as angry last debate and it was a turn off for many because it was poorly executed. He needs to be intelligent and focused as well as intense, but I would not advise "anger" as a debate strategy.

Ron has a better chance at being elected president even now than Rand so...

You can't call me out and say I'm wrong when Rand's campaign has been a total disaster and has maybe permanently hurt his brand, like it doesn't even make sense.

here's you the last couple months

Rand may not be a good politician but Ron PROVED with three runs he was a horrible politician.
