I heard about this while at HQ Charleston SC volunteering. I just found the link myself. It is actually 6 members, now down to 2, and at least 4 are required to do anything, including prosecute the people who put the Ron Paul Blimp into the air, or disburse matching funds.

Well, IMHO, McCain-Feingold is brutally unconstitutional, and deserves a challenge in the Supreme Court. So even if there WERE 4 members I'd say "break it," but Ron Paul is more principled than I am.....
