Michael Scheuer - U.S. Foreign Policy in the Islamic World

Michael Scheuer is a genius, he really understands the politics of the region better than anyone else ive seen.
 
Just got done watching. Incredible. What a breath of fresh air from the idiocy and ignorance that runs rampant in political circles and the media.
 
You're welcome guys. I wish more Americans could see this video. You could almost see the light bulb going off in the people that called in.
 
Scheuer's honest assessment of the reasons why "terrorists" target the US has long been a breath of fresh air. (I put "terrorists" in quotes because many who are smeared with that designation aren't really terrorists. Killing occupying American troops does NOT make one a terrorist. That label is only properly used to describe those who deliberately kill civilians who aren't involved with the war.)

Still, I was disappointed to hear Scheuer's approval of that garbage spouted by the first caller (at 11:00 in the video), that moron from Illinois. That was obviously a low-IQ, amoral mouth-breather, and I could practically see the veins in his forehead bulging as he vented his bloodlust. Scheuer of all people should know that the kind of "kill 'em all and let God sort 'em out" crap that the fool was advocating cannot possibly eliminate terrorism in the long term; it breeds more terrorism in the long run.

Anything from the mind of Michael Scheuer is golden. I put him up there with RP as someone who understands America and our foreign policy to a high degree, a degree to which most politicians do not. Truly an intelligent and honest man.
 
The venom and vitriol alone he receives from the Israel-firsters, neocons, and warmongers should eliminate any questions about his credibility.
 
i really admire him and he would make a great asset on ron's administration or as ron's advisor.

this guy pretty much is going against the system (and he is getting punished for it). he mentioned how he lost a job because he spoke out against US policies... and the place he worked for supported those policies. spoke out against military aid for israel and for causing trouble in middle east. im surprised he can get on TV with all the flak he is getting from the establishment/elite. hell, im surprise he is still alive.
