MEETUP Folks- Who is Tim Shaw?

Tim just made a mass-exodus from Meetup.com totally.

Kinda funny if that's the case. He made it less than 2 weeks before he was found out.
I suppose we should be a bit more aware of new members in the weeks to come, he may try this again.

ClockwiseSpark and others, I sent him an e-mail asking about why he signed up and then left Meetup. I was trying to be sincere, because I wanted to know if he wanted information about Ron Paul or if he left for other reasons.

He simply said he wanted Ron to win his house seat, but was more focussed on his local campaign now. I would assume here he has good motives, and just simply didn't want to be a part of meetup.com for his own reasons, perhaps under that same login name. If he is going to be running for a local seat, perhaps he didn't want his meetup.com persona splattered all over the place.

He was an intern for Dana Rohrabacher who I believe is a true patriot. If 10% of Dana rubbed off on this young Republican, then perhaps we have a true patriot in the wings.

Give Tim the benefit of the doubt and if you are near La Habra go and make your acquaintance and support his campaign.

I did not get a denial he was the person. I will most likely not get a confirmation for what would that gain him? I think the matter is closed. The "Tim Shaw" we were concerned about on Meetup.com is no longer a meetup member.

The "Tim Shaw" in La Habra, if the same person or not, is running a local campaign for city council and is a nice upstanding young republican. I think its a win-win situation.
