Just how the hell can Barr get on the ticket if Paul has been in all this time? Can somebody explain this to me?

shoulda been a quote of dxdoug and amy.

I'm so sick of hearing about all the media hype of Obama and McCain. And I'm even sicker of coming onto the RON PAUL forums to be fed a forum about who to vote for and reading about supporters of Ron Paul voting for Obama. This whole mentality of "he can't win" makes me sick... utterly sick. I'm so outraged by this forum, and others I've visited tonight all convening on Obama like he's the new savior of this country.:mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad:

I so angry I can't even type anymore... I'm gonna go drink a few and head to bed...

I'd rather be drawn and quartered than vote for Obama. The bottom line is "they" were able to bring the dream of the revolution (Ron Paul as POTUS) to its knees, but the revolution itself is only really in its infancy. The real battles are ahead of us and anything beyond the very clear words of Dr. Ron Paul only serves to veer us off course, and there are many interested parties who would love to accomplish just that, across the board(s.)

Why not join many of us in voting for Barr or Baldwin to send a message to the GOP? It will have the effect of taking away a vote from McCain to boot!

i would but i live in texas and that mccain not winning texas is all id really like to see.

Voting for someone representing the Freedom Movement IS VERY IMPORTANT. If we do this, OUR VOICES WILL BE HEARD, even if we don't win.

If we were to change our vote to one of the 2 main candidates, our voices would be lost.

That's why it's important ALL our votes are counted. Whether this means voting for a third party or by write-in, it's important your vote gets counted.

Write-in votes for Ron Paul will NOT be counted because he's not filing as a write-in candidate. If you want to send a message to the political establishment to let them know that you're fed up with sucky candidates, then vote for a legitimate candidate that's actually in the presidential race. I'm disappointed that 35% are still planning on writing on Ron Paul. That will accomplish nothing. No one will know about it except you and the little old people at your precinct polling place.

I'm voting for Obama he's the lesser of evils. There is no none lesser of evil candidaate for me; even Ron Paul was only a lesser evil; as there probably will never be a politician that fits my political views.

And what if at the 11th hour Ron Paul as leader of the Liberty Campaign decides to show the establishment his muscle and endorses Barr or Baldwin. Would you switch if your choice had been the opposite?

May I ask you what you see as desirable in Obama?

He panders, but then again all politicians do. Only ones that don't have any chance of winning usually don't. and even then they do.

I highly recommend you read this book.
