McCain coming to Nashville for townhall meeting- what to say?Appa

Such as what?

1st amendment (McCain-Feingold),
2nd amendment (McCain Gun Show Ban, Ammunition Restriction Study, Lock Up Your Safety Requirement... )
4th amendment (PATRIOT Act),
5th amendment (supports legislation on baseball drug testing)
9th or 10th amendment (virtually every vote he's made)
Congress's unitary responsibility to declare war ("Authorization for Use of Military Force
Against Iraq Resolution of 2002")

It was lame. He only took questions for about 45-50 minutes and took his damn sweet time answering each one of them. I was 2nd in line before he cut the entire thing off for a fund raiser he had to attend, and 3 other Ron Paul people were stacked in line behind me. Unfortunately we didn't get to ask him any questions because of his asininely short "town hall meeting".

Here is the question I had chosen to ask:

Senator McCain – I am a 26 year old conservative and most of my conservative friends, many of whom are much older than I, will NOT be voting for you in November. Your flip-flopping on abortion, your voting record on the 2nd Amendment, your flip-flopping on tax cuts, your ideas about global warming policy, your desire for open borders and amnesty, your intervention into the free market, and many other stances of yours have convinced me and my fellow conservatives that you are indeed not one of us, nor do you represent conservatism.

I would rather not vote in this upcoming election than vote for you and hundreds of thousands, if not millions of my fellow conservatives agree with me. This possibly means that the Republicans will lose.

68% of Republicans in Tennessee voted against you and overall 82% of voters in TN voted against you. Even James Dobson has said he can not support you.

Looking around I see that there are less people at this McCain event than there were at the Ron Paul event in October here in Nashville. In fact it looks like the house is just less than half full.

Would you be willing to pass on the nomination for the good of the party and for the good of the country in lieu of someone who is more conservative, can energize the base, and bring a victory to conservatives and the GOP?
