Presumably not, because it is an artificial construct of the law that had to be added to the Constitution and the Constitution only allows it to be secured for the creator.
Lending, leasing, and licensing, would fall within the language of the Constitution, but not transfer.

He is not allowed. Trump is a bloody imperfect candidate from the RP point of view. But Trump is the only one able to take on the lying media. We all saw what they did to Ron Paul and to a lesser extend to Rand Paul.

I only trust politicians that are hated by the media. Reason why I support Trump. DeSantis is/was a media darling. Haley certainly is when you read the WSJ.

Massie is supporting DeSantis. Period. No need for purity test. We will see what Massie does in the future. Why can't Massie go along with Trump like Rand intelligently does?
