I'm gonna repeat myself again:
If your only hope at winning the nomination is that your opposition gets convicted in kangaroo courts, it's a really bad image to have, going into the general election.
No one will ever accuse libertarians of being politically savvy.
There's really nothing to be gained from Massie making this claim. He'll get a golf-clap from the left, at most.
(but I do think the suspicion directed at anyone who isn't 100% on board with Trump gets a bit ludicrous. Massie, Rand, Amash are net-benefits regardless of their inability to effectively choose which hills are worth dying on. Actually Rand is basically just keeping his mouth shut, which is probably the wisest course of action regarding these silly indictments)

Uh no, not even close. Thomas isn't wrong but he probably shouldnt be be saying these things outloud as it can be seen as giving aide and comfort to the enemy.
