Not really, see the Muslim brotherhood were given a chance to govern and they blew it. Now the US will be looking for a different puppet, maybe El Baradei? She has the support of Hillary Clinton which tells you that he is a puppet of the west. I agree we need to end intervention in Egypt and stop funding torturing thugs there in military uniforms working for foreign masters and denying democratic aspiration of people of that country. After blowback attacks on WTC buildings, we had supposedly halted funding dictatorship puppets abroad. But apparently not.

In the opinion part of my post, I was speculating about role SWC's regime played but other than that I think I have pretty good idea about what has been taking place there for decades. Protesters calling for restoration of last democratically elected government have been brutally cleared out killing over 500 per reports so far.

If there are thungs in a group comitting a crime, they should be arrested/tried, opening fire on camp of protsters is not the just action. This is droning of people at mass scale, a practice our on suspected war criminal pupet has popularized. I hope you are not implying Military dictatorship's action here mowing down camped out protesters and killing over 500 people were ustified? If so, do you have ANY idea how many of the 5000 plus people killed/injured were "thugs" , how many students, anti dictatorship protesters, journalists, musims, christians, jews?

If there are free democrtic elections held there tomorrow, in your opinion which party will win?

The MB people are violent thugs but they also won with the majority of the vote. They were democratically elected. Ron Paul said the same thing.
