Along with Tom Massie, they have among the highest Freedom Index Scores in the House.

Acknowledging that I am an Agorist/AnCap, ^that^ is the reason I always go by The Record.

You may be right about their Freedom Index Scores for now, but they haven't been around that long. What's it been? two years? It's relatively easy for a politician to play the big freedom warrior when the opposition is in charge. We have yet to see how they'll behave if/when saner people get control of the mess. Remember all those tea party turncoats about ten years ago?

In my view, they exhibit a propensity to enjoy the spotlight too much - like Michelle Bachman. Remember the things she did? She boisterously crowned herself queen of the teaparty - which Ron Paul inspired!- placed her own self-importance above all else because she wanted to be No. 1, and in the process caused extensive damage to both Ron and Rand Paul. That sort can turn and stab you and your freedom right in the back, because they can't handle the idea of someone else surpassing them in popularity. (Perhaps that's what their alleged disagreement - if it actually exists - is about?) I don't know. I don't consider their alleged squabble significant.
