Looks like that's the results page for Feb. 9th, not for tonight.

I think I have found the following link to the Louisiana caucus results

I heard that results should be coming in in about an hour.

Oh, I'm not calling him into question, that's why i have donated.
But it was really more of a personal/philosophical question. RP is definitely a diamond in a field of coal and was wondering if Brent has pondered this question to himself. I would LIKE to say that I could do it (and I am a good person overall); but when I am really honest with myself, I don't know if I could say with 100% certainty that I could resist the temptations for sooo long. But like you said, he would get 2 years to prove it!![]()
Ok, I'm forwarding the error to my webmaster. The donations are going through, just the return script is pointing to something that isn't there.
Hey man...you guys rocked...I could NOT BELIEVE the amount of college kids there...the darn building looked like Ron Paul campaign headquarters...I just wanted to give y'all kudos...really...you guys definitely ROCKED the vote in the 7th.I just returned from the caucus here in Lake Charles, Calcasieu parish, District 7. We had our entire compliment of delegates and alternates on the list.
I was there for the entire event, until they closed doors for the count at 8pm. From what I saw during this time, the outside world would think that Ron Paul was the only one running, signs plastered everywhere. The turnout was excellent, from young voters to old, and I would say that the majority who came, if not already a Ron supporter, were at least were willing to take the slim jims we had for them. Very few said no. Many left with yard signs.
The only other candidate who had a table set up was poor Mitt, with only 2 of his people manning it. We were quite the presence there, and all of us were civil and polite. No issues.
Waiting for the results now...

Hopefully tonight or tomorrow, we'll be able to identify the Ron Paul people and how many slots they got, but like others have said.... we are all TECHNICALLY and officially UNCOMMITTED. But we should know something....
Because the 5th district is so large, for instance, we have parishes that will be attending in *5* different locations total. So we'll have to call those leaders and see if there were any voters who went there.... My caucus location has 2 parishes in the 4th district attending....
No coverage.... no one understands the process for one and everyone is "uncommitted"....
RP can put out a press release once we know we won the majority in each of the 7 districts. If we haev the majority, then we can safely assume he won 21 delegates.
The other 20 will be voted in by us at the state convention on 2/16. But like I said, if we get the majority we can safely assume we will win them as well because we will be the only ones who vote (unless LAGOP tries to change that rule....)
Yes..definitely..I would even say the "better" half (I love Lafayette)...well, that pumps me up even more...This is almost exactly the same as the Lafayette caucus, the other half of District 7.
For non-Louisianians whomay not know... Parish=County
