a bill recently passed in Arizona makes spam punishable with up to 17 years of prison or something close to it.

Republican and Democrat is a myth ... They work wonders with deception, and generate great divides via the Two Party labels.Why is it mostly republicans who are voting for increased regulations, and the democrats voting no? I thought republicans were suppose to support decreased regulations.
