List of Amendments to Watch for NDAA FY 2014...to be updated throughout week!

McCollum amendment to end military advertising in NASCAR racing:

Speaking FOR: Rep. McCollum (D-MN)

Speaking AGAINST: Rep. Hudson (R-NC), Rep. Foxx (R-NC), Collins (R-NY), Rogers (R-AL)

Nolan Amendment to cut spending from DOD: "An amendment, offered by Mr. Nolan, numbered 32 printed in Part B of House Report 113-108 to reduce total funds authorized in this Act by $60 Billion." (urge a "yes" vote!)

Kind of funny to hear Rep. Thornberry (R-TX) (who earned only a 74% from Club for Growth) say that "Defense has been cut enough."

Question for Mr. Thornberry: Where do you want to cut? Your spending cut record is pathetic.

Oh...and now Rep. Rogers (R-AL) is talking about cutting spending...another RINO!: 49% from Club for Growth. They never want to cut spending and are lying when they say that they support cutting spending.

An amendment, offered by Mr. Gibson, numbered 36 printed in House Report 113-108 to strike section 1251 which expresses the Sense of Congress on the conflict in Syria.

LLPH supports this amendment and urges a "yes" vote on the amendment.

An amendment, offered by Mr. Coffman, numbered 37 printed in Part B of House Report 113-108 to direct the President to end the permanent basing of the 2nd Cavalry Regiment (2CR) in Vilseck, Germany and return the Brigade Combat Team currently stationed in Europe to the United States without permanent replacement.

LLPH supports this amendment and urges a "yes" vote on this amendment.

There will be a recorded vote on this amendment.
