Levin just name dropped Rand Paul for President

Rush Limbaugh's job is not to tell the truth. His job is to keep the people confused in order to keep the status quo in power. Serious question: Do you think that Maha Rushie does not know the Federal Reserve Bank should be audited? Of course he knows that. When the Federal Reserve System comes crashing down after an audit then the people win their freedom. Rush knows that.

How long do you think it would take to get an audit of the bank if Rush, Hannity, Levin, and all the others were to call for honest sound money on their daily shows? Rush Limbaugh, Sean Hannity, Mark Levin, and the rest of the MSM talk show hosts are not the side of liberty. They are protecting the bankers and they get well paid to do it.

Maha Rushie
I use to listen to those a$$ clowns once in a while, because they talked about Freedom and Free Markets. When they started attacking and minimizing Ron Paul and saying he was unelectable, with no reason what so ever. That was it. I'll never listen to those a$$ clowns again. It's all lies and they won't change.

I am completely ashamed that I ever listened to Rush. There was a time in the 80's when I told one of my co-workers that I agreed with Maha Rushie 100%. What a dumbass I was at the time. I was a hard worker... a carpenter... and I listened to Rush on Am radio daily. I confess that am a very stupid individual for believing that Maha Rushie had my best interests in mind. Rushie is from Cape Girardeau, Mo which touched my heart at the time because I spent some time in southern Illinois thinking that I had a freedom loving connection with Rush Limbaugh. What a dumbass I was for believing the Maha Rushie's lies. I am a really stupid individual for believing Rush Limbaugh had my best interest at heart when he is a total fascist jackass. Rush Limbaugh does not give one whit for liberty. Rush Limbaugh is a sell-out for cash. A $40 million/year jackass radio blowhard.

Don't be so hard on yourself man. When I was in high school, I read The Way Things Ought To Be by Limbaugh, and I thought I stumbled onto the one and only truth of the universe.

Then you'll always be on the fringe screaming at the wall. It's hard to swallow but the truth. How hard is it to just shut up and keep it to yourself?

These radio hosts mostly like Rand, if you all act like fools again, they can ruin him. You can lie to yourself, but they have a huge influence on the election and are the ones who turn out the hardcore base.

One of my good friends lives in his semi-truck and he listens to Rush, Hannity, and Levin all day every day. He already thinks that Rand Paul and Ron Paul are irrelevant. Their message against Rand Paul is already prevalent. Until you turn your radio and TV off you will remain clueless too. Everyone who listens to radio and TV is misinformed.

You're going to need a lot of this to get you through the next 3-1/2 years.

If Levin, Limbaugh, or any of the other establishment kooks come out and support him in 2016, I know Rand has been completely compromised.

Agree, in part, because their job is to basically co-opt and steer people away from any leader who poses a real threat to the establishment.

BUT, they are in an interesting position. They need to keep the illusion going. They need to not out themselves. And they don't yet have a way to justify opposition to Rand.

Same here. After 9/11 I listened to him more while in college and subscribed to his website. After Obama was elected it was just non-stop whining though. Ok yes, Obama sucks, what do we do about it? Last year in July, it was clear no one was interested in addressing the debt ceiling issue, except for Paul. Even though I didn't agree with his foreign policy, I knew he would at least follow the Constitution so I threw my support behind him. During the Ames straw poll, Rush just went off about Paul with pure hatred. I knew he didn't care for Paul, but I didn't expect to hear hatred. I used to listen to the full show practically everyday, but I haven't listened since August last year.

Nothing like a Ron Paul figure to force them to out themselves. This kind of makes my point about why they might be kind of stuck when it comes to Rand.

I just can't sit by and let yet another potential campaign be sunk and relegated to the fringes. So I'll continue to ask people to tone it down.

If/when Rand runs it's going to be a lot more mainstream. The alliance with McConnell is an obvious sign of that. McConnell today not willing to cave on tax increases is a good sign.

If by "relegated to the fringes" you mean you intend to marginalize many of the people who helped grow the Ron Paul R3volution (i.e., libertarians, anarchists, Alex Jones listeners, etc.) good luck getting by without us. I hope Romney learned a lesson about dissing us, and if Rand needs to be taught that lesson, I'll be happy to help educate him.

Grab yourself a lot of that Chap-Stick, 69360...you're going to need it to kiss the asses of Limbaugh, Beck, and Hannity. If the Liberty Movement has to do that to "win", we're not really winning anything.

The good isn't the enemy of the perfect and the perfect will never come w/o the good preceding it. We all know we can't force a pristine message on people and hope it sticks all the while we're being dissected by these talk hosts on a regular basis. As examples, KB, JA & TM didn't win on strict libertarian messages, they won on focusing campaign lingo on specific popular talking points that cater to grassroots conservatives. Less is more at times. There's nothing here about kissing any asses, it's all about campaigning on giving them less to drive up our negs with. We can't run a future Rand campaign identical to how Ron ran his. Getting Rand to the nomination and then allowing him to unleash his message to the nation is priority #1 come 3 yrs. It won't happen by playing the purist namby pamby angle. Rand's record will speak for itself and these self-proclaimed liberty fringers will have to accept that over his talking points.

Not sure why that is so hard to understand. Great explanation.

Because Rand Paul is already being marginalized by these talk show hosts. I am not sure why people believe all their lies, but exposing their lies discredits them.
We don't give a shit about these people, we only want their megaphone and audience. It's chess, not checkers.
