I propose we find out if Kevin Mitnick is willing to publicly endorse Ron Paul.
Dr. Paul needs to look into the Mitnick case and offer a Presidential Pardon.

I don't think Mitnik is really the big name that could pull in a bunch of new voters... And does he really need a pardon? I think Mitnick is doing pretty good running his own computer security business these days.

Anybody that has a clue who Mitnick is has already decided whether to support Dr. Paul or not.

This endorsement could be used as leverage after the IA caucus to question the results' accuracy and delay the "official result" until potentially after NH.

I would rather see Ron Paul pardon everyone convicted of a non-violent drug offense in his 1st day of office. The bonus would be that it would save us $100 Billion when he does it.

Would that really happen? I've seen him say that years ago and tried to use it in a discussion with someone once, but they said he'd be impeached immediately.

Impeached for what? Its a contitutional power of the executive branch. note: he could only pardon for federal crimes.
If he thinks the drug laws are unconstitutional, one might argue it is his duty to do so.

I don't think that a Mitnick endorsement would help out very much, especially since the general public sees him as one of those "evil hackers".

The guy admits to have used social engineering to gain passwords and then having unauthorized access, along with other obvious wrongdoings. I think the time served was excessive as he was made an example of. But the guy was charged with a crime, then fled and kept being an ass and rubbing people's faces into it. Not very smart.

I fail to see why he'd deserve a pardon.
