The court said he couldn't be returned to El Salvador because he was in fear of being murdered by rival gangs.. I believe SS posted all the court records back on the first page. That was the whole point of the original court order.. Like SS said, if he wasn't a gang member why would he be afraid of being murdered by a RIVAL gang?

The mistake the Trump admin admitted to was returning him to El Salvador when the 2019 court order that still stood prevented that.. but like I said, the court order was irrelevant because all those gang members are in prison.
