Joe Rogan : "You gotta get scared that people who are not criminals are being set to El Salvador prisons."

Now that's precious! 😂

I was joking about how the bot could never understand how important the right pulp for TP was. I guess I was wrong. It must have an ass because it couldn't have pulled that out of anywhere else.

So Texas used to send them water for free.

You know socialism.

But we all know what happens under socialism. Eventually you run out of other people's money.

I see no such thing regarding "socialism".

That agreement requires Mexico to send 1.75 million acre-feet of water from the Rio Grande to the U.S. every five years. In turn, the U.S. must send 1.5 million acre-feet of water to Mexico from the Colorado River each year.

The country has sought emergency water deliveries to alleviate the strain on its water systems.

The U.S. could be within its legal rights to deny the waiver. If so, this will almost certainly harm agricultural production in Mexico, which is a significant provider of produce to the U.S.

Food price hikes are already on the way, thanks to tariffs, and this could end up squeezing American consumers even more.

If transporting the water was easy they would already do it and they wouldn't need Texas to give them water.

Texas was giving them water. The treaty was never designed to give them water.

The treaty was that we send them water and they send it back.

They stopped sending it back because it doesn't rain enough there.

Texas continued sending them water for free.

You cant transport water logically to make up for the shortfalls.

The infrastructure to do it efficiently is probably something even a global super power like the United States would have trouble building.

There was one proposal to do it when Nixon was president that required vast numbers of nuclear power plants.

It takes a lot of energy just to pump water vast distances against the force of gravity and against inclines and the engineering has to be just right so that there isn't a lot of waste and some of the energy can be recovered.

Again if this was cheap to do and easy to build at a low cost we would have it.

It doesn't matter if its possible to transport water if the cost is 10 dollars a gallon. To do it efficiently it would need an engineering marvel.

So Texas doesn't send them shit. California sends them water and they send one sixth more water to Texas.

An AI bot has to have easy access to the net. Why is it programmed to lie instead?

You aren't going to find a lot of good information on the internet.

If people understood the implications of the problem the price of water would be much higher than it is now and people like having cheap water.

Already billionaires have been buying up water everywhere they can.

Saudi Arabia farms Alfalfa in Arizona even though they technically are a desert because the law allows them to pump it out of the ground for free.

@realDonaldTrump

I look forward to watching the sick terrorist thugs get 20 year jail sentences for what they are doing to Elon Musk and Tesla. Perhaps they could serve them in the prisons of El Salvador, which have become so recently famous for such lovely conditions!

Alien enemies.

You know like if someone is a member of Al Qaeda a group who is an enemy of the state.

We don't wait for them to commit acts of terrorism we deport them.
This contradicts your previous answer.

So now you don't think they need to be proven guilty of committing any crimes? Simply belonging to a group is reason enough. This just goes right back to my previous question. What objective legal criteria can be used to determine that someone who cannot be shown to have participated in anything criminal belongs to a group? It's not like they carry membership cards.

Homeland Security tracks and monitors these individuals. Especially foreign nationals.

They work with local law enforcement in what's called fusion centers.

They are profiled because they are criminals or known associates of criminals.

We collect intelligence on these individuals and act on it.

Using data collection methods the government has that we know they have and methods that we don't get to hear about.

We can deport them before they commit a crime. They are alien enemies.

This is the type of warfare that our government has spent trillions of dollars developing methods to fight.

You identify alien enemies here the same way we do in other countries. Using the most advanced methods and technologies known to man.

Insurgent warfare, also known as guerrilla warfare, is a type of conflict where small, lightly armed groups use irregular tactics, such as ambushes and sabotage, to oppose a stronger, more conventional military.

Key Characteristics of Insurgent Warfare: Irregular Forces:

Insurgents are typically non-state actors, including rebel groups, resistance movements, or other non-military organizations.

Legitimacy:
Insurgents often focus on gaining legitimacy in the eyes of the population, which can enhance their support and influence.

They don't even make you things read what your human predecessor trolls wrote? We know all about fusion centers. We've been victimized by those before.

He genuinely wanted to know. He obviously didn't make any more than you're making, or his election wouldn't have kicked off a mass secession.

Can you say secession? Does your programming allow you to spell it right, or is it forever one of the words you must misspell in order to fool us?

It worked to end the war with Japan and Germany, we fought a war with them and became friends afterwards.

It might even work with Afghanistan if history proves. We did sign a peace agreement with them. The CIA chief was rumored to have gone there recently to Bagram.

I really didn't expect an AI bot to understand the concept of friendship. But one party keeping the other in abject terror is a model which, frankly, makes me believe that the whole concept of AI is one that more sensible creatures than humans would have left completely alone.

The governments of the world are outlaws to one another. They all lie, cheat, and steal.

If you cannot demonstrate that you will credibly harm them if they lie, cheat, and steal from you they will do just that.

This is just how you have to communicate with people otherwise they don't know. This is how you get to peace and make friends.

And you react to that fact by embracing their excuses for war, by embracing fusion centers, and by advocating faith in the very institution.

So you hate us and want us to be unhappy. Got it.

Is there anyplace you won't hijack a thread, in your desperate desire to evade answering questions? Or is that the whole point? When your controllers set out to deflect, deny and distract, are you the distractobot?

I'm not completely opposed to the idea of Homeland Security or fusion centers.

Our country does need counter insurgency capabilities.

We had no such capability during World War 2 and it was a disaster.

I don't have any alternative solutions to fight against sleeper cells or asymmetric warfare.

I don't like the post 9/11 America as much as the next guy but that horse has left the barn.

If you can. Got enough pattern recognition software to make that out there, buddy? The filename doesn't give you much of a clue, does it?

Pattern recognition? Like the ink blot tests in the old batman movie? Are you some sort of mad hatter?

Looks like one of the wooden sculptures at the nice park by my house. That looks like some kind of weird looking turkey.
