I don't know if any of you have joined a gang, I haven't. But I do know that TO join a gang, you are required, by the gang, to commit violent crimes.

He was then ordered to be deported in 2019, but not to El Salvador, where he was from, because he was afraid that other gangs would murder him. The court agreed.

Well, now all those gang members are in prison in El Salvador. So the old court order has no relevance. However, due to the Supreme Court ruling, they are supposed to try and fix it. The likely result of fixing it, would be to send him to El Salvador.

Problem is.. he is a citizen of El Salvador, he's now in El Salvador, we can't just force them to give him back. It makes no sense.

Worst case scenario, this is collateral damage caused by the 20 million illegal immigrants brought in under Biden.

I do hope that the illegals being deported are treated reasonably.. so far, 99.9% seem to be treated reasonably. Any collateral damage I blame on Biden and the Democrats who voted for him. How are you supposed to deport tens of millions of people and not have any collateral damage?

Due process for illegal immigrants is you get deported. You don't get a court hearing unless you are claiming you are a US citizen, you just left your driver's license at home or something.. that's not what this guy was claiming.

Lol.. dude, you are 100% wrong. Do some basic research. The court found he was an MS-13 gang member in 2019. The court said he couldn't be returned to El Salvador because he was in fear of being murdered by rival gangs.. I believe SS posted all the court records back on the first page. That was the whole point of the original court order.. Like SS said, if he wasn't a gang member why would he be afraid of being murdered by a RIVAL gang?

The mistake the Trump admin admitted to was returning him to El Salvador when the 2019 court order that still stood prevented that.. but like I said, the court order was irrelevant because all those gang members are in prison.

I haven't made one single inaccurate statement in this entire thread, you have made at least a half dozen. You always post bullshit leftwing fake news and never fact check it, and you never admit you are wrong.. because for some strange reason you still worship garbage corporate news.

Once again, the charge of being an alien enemy needs an objective legal definition, and in order to act on it for any given person, it needs to be proven. You keep dancing around that and changing your position.

I get it. At the end of the day, that's where everyone who supports this is coming from. They support deporting all noncitizens, and any pretext for that is good, as long as that's the result.

I would say, stop pretending to have other reasons that you can't defend on their own, knowing that when you get pushback for doing that you'll just resort back to your real position where things like gang membership or being alien enemies aren't actually relevant.
