This is completely wrong. Trump made a statement that is arguably racial in that it deals with race (although it actuality it deals with ethnicity, but I am willing to ignore that for the sake of argument).. But it is not racist - PERIOD. People in this country are sick and tired of being called racist for not succumbing to every demand of the SJW leftist paradigm and being called racist for making a statement about a person's race or ethnicity that isn't even racist, it is just something that they don't like.
If Trump said he didn't want a Mexican Judge because they would be biased against him, then you could maybe get away with calling him a racist if you want. But Trump NEVER said that, he actually said that he didn't like his Judge because he was biased against him and made bad rulings, which he said was because he disagreed with him politically and was tangentially related to his race. That's not racist, PERIOD. There are no technicalities, it just isn't racist.
This is what Trump said:
Mr. Trump said it was clear that he considered Judge Curiel’s heritage an issue: “I’m building the wall, I’m building the wall. I have a Mexican judge. He’s of Mexican heritage. He should have recused himself, not only for that, for other things.
Spin it how you like (mod edit)
