YOU know he is innocent, HE knows he is innocent. I already gave you that information.

Yes or No

Is an innocent black man who points out his all white jury was biased against him a racist?

I am telling you that he's guilty! But he's claiming that jury is racist against him because he's black. Does that make the jury racist?

If nobody wants to answer, I'll take that as an "I win the thread"

You have yet to make the connection how any of this makes any difference in whether or not his statement was racist, which is the issue of this thread.

There are other threads to discuss the Trump U case, this one is for discussing whether what Trump said was racist, which it was not.

Did the guy on trial claim that he believed white jury should have no reason to feel prejudiced because his job was in the white jury's best interest? And then proceed to blame the jury for the verdict? Did the white jury previously aid the accused by lowering incidents of criminality?

Thanks for proving to me that I won! Good bye!

Oh, but before you leave, I just wanted to thank you for NOT answering the question as it is very telling for others reading the thread.

Oh I thought you were leaving because I won already. You know how you got all pissy because people won't answer your stupid loaded what if questions.

I constructed a similar example to Donald Trump's case but switched the races up a little and you can't answer it - and it could be because you are possibly racist - because you hold other races to a different standard than whites?

Why won't you answer the question?

Is a guilty black man who points out his all white jury was biased against him a racist? Yes or No. Do you know what a loaded question is? How about you answer my question and I'll answer yours.

Why does Trump hate Mexicans? Answer me and I'll answer you.

I'm just going to point out the false comparison. We're not talking about a jury here, we're talking about a judge. There is a vast difference between the two.

You are also specifying that this man is innocent. Trump's innocence has yet to be determined in this case.

Maybe you want to change your question to:

Is a black man who points out his white judge was biased against him a racist? Yes or No?

Well, of course the above question would depend on if there were actually any evidence of bias in the case other than the color of his skin.

People accuse judges of racial bias all the time, but when it's a Mestizo, somehow that's out of bounds. I see how this works.

Here's two examples of white judges being accused based on NOTHING from just one prog source:

The second one is just a flat-out lie, and neither case had to do with a black defendant.

Is a guilty black man who points out his all white jury was biased against him a racist? Yes or No.

Ok, I'll answer but you better keep your word and answer my question.

No, he isn't racist, he might be wrong though. We have several possibilities here. The jurors may have been biased, but he might have also been guilty. Maybe the jurors would have given a guilty verdict whether he was guilty or not, but it just happened in this case he was guilty.

Or, maybe the jurors weren't biased at all, they just happen to see the evidence and rightly agree he was guilty. In that case, the black guy is wrong that the jurors were biased, but he isn't racist for claiming that they were, he is just wrong because they weren't in fact biased for those reasons.

On top of being wrong, he would also be dishonest and disingenuous for claiming the jurors were biased for giving a guilty verdict when he knew he was guilty. But it still doesn't make him racist.

Trump says he loves Mexicans. I hear his hotel makes great taco bowls.

Pretty sure it has something to do with the fact that the criticism is coming from the presumptive nominee of a major political party and someone who could potentially run our country for the next 8 years. Not some nobody YT youtube channel.

You didn't answer my question. I asked, "Why does Trump hate Mexcians?" Is it because he hates how dark they are? He hates their food? He hates the way they talk? He hates how they like to rape everyone? What is the reason?

Exactly my point. He is shaping the question to get the desired answer. Then he gets mad when people don't fall for it and answer his loaded question. Trolling for Trump.

So what? An accusation or argument is either valid or it's not, who is leveling it has no bearing on that whatsoever. The Young Turks are not some "nobody youtube channel". They have almost three million subscribers, and they're the most popular web-based news program in America and maybe on Earth. They dominate progressive "New Media".

Careful, you are talking to somebody who thinks there is a yuuuge difference between a jury and a Judge - even though both are supposed to go into a case without bias.

So go post a thread about it and maybe there will be a discussion. Having said that, I haven't watched those videos but two wrongs don't make a right.

Your ignorance is simply astounding. Why don't you just admit your comparison was garbage?

Personally I don't even support Trump as a Presidential candidate.

I'm actually 'trolling' against Trump, I feel like the people who think it is racist to suggest that a Judge might be biased against Trump when the Judge despises his political platform and there is some question of whether they might be biased are the ones trolling for Trump because that kind of SJW crap is exactly what the American people are sick of. The more you keep it up the more people are going to backlash and decide to vote for Trump.

The fact that you can't answer a simple question about a black person accusing a white Judge or jury of being biased, but you think that Trump is racist for doing the same is very telling that your ideology is not consistent.
