Is it time for a Money Bomb for the C4L?? Discussion/Planning

I think that we should begin planning our next money bomb. It would have to be at least a few months away since many people just spent a lot of $ on going to the rally.

If we started planning and promoting it now, it should be very successful. I'm sure they need money to get things going smoothly. I know the last few money bombs haven't gone as well, but if we promote it heavily and correctly it could fund the C4L for a good amount of time.

I don't see why not... I know everyone is excited about the rally, but I see too much BS going on and not enough action. Lets plan and see what we come up with. I think the Tea Party route would probably be the most effective.

We need this for obvious reasons.

I think it is fact that we need to pool resources into some organization that we trust. IMO it is safe to assume that the C4L would make good use of the money.

Sending money to Bob Barr or Baldwin or some other project would nto be as beneficial as sending it to the C4L, with a few small exceptions mostly being local politics.

Also, answer me this then if you would please. How will the C4L achieve any of its goals without money? If we want more people to join the cause, we can't have some broke organization as the face of what we do.

I was hoping to not have this negative attitude show up, but it was expected. We are supposed to have a positive outlook on where we can go and what we can do. We need to work on this whether you like it or not. Money is power. We need more power. Unless you don't like what the C4L is trying to do, I don't see any reason why you should have this view. We need to make things happen and stop sitting around waiting for something to happen. The campaign has made mistakes and they will make more in the future, but they are leading this fight. Do you see anyone else stepping up into this role?

Without the Diehards behind the fund raising, I don't see the C4L going very far. Wake up people. If you can't donate then you can help promote.

they HAVE money.. as far a I know..
the march is done... the rally is done...
now the next thing I look forward to is the new CFL site.
I'm sure they have the $ resources to do at least that before needing a moneybomb.

Yea and then what? then lets scramble to put somethign together. I'm not calling for a money bomb today, next week, or next month. I am calling for a money bomb to be planned and heavily promoted for the next few months. Maybe Dec. 16th would be a good date?

By that time I'm sure I new dose of funds would be needed. If we really want a quality organization we must put more into it. They are doing this with us, not by theirselves. We have a pretty big country. A lot of money will be needed if we want to have the effect we desire.

Well...

I think the only effort I am willing to support at this point is moneybombs for local candidates. Honestly though, I think the day of money bombs is done. People are looking at the money they spent and seeing nothing tangible for it. We managed to keep Ron Paul in Congress. What else have we managed to accomplish so far?

I think we did more than that. I think we layed the foundation of an organization that is serious about the issues we all say we care about. If you ask me, they seem to have a pretty good plan. No one said this would be easy. It will take a lot of time, money, blood, sweat, and tears. Don't expect to see results overnight. This country is so ingrained with the propaganda they recieve it would be foolish to expect otherwise.

To say we didn;t accomplish anything is kind of offensive to me. All the people that were educated, all the media people that were kicked in the rear and showed a different way, the establishment has to make plans and break laws to stop us, do I really need to go on? If you've been following this campaign and only see that we secured RPs house seat, idk what the heck you were watching. I see a small change for the better that happened in this country. We have a foundation layed. Now we need to build from it and creat a big change. Were you expecting the establishment to just roll over? We are in for a fight and we better get our game faces on.

If we just sit around waiting for something, nothing will come. Then we will be back to where we started in 2012. We need to continuously build from the foundation we have while we still have it. Am I the only person in RPF with these views? I'm not getting much support here.

According to this article, the C4L should have over $2 million available to it. Obviously in the grand scheme of things that is not a lot, but personally I would like to see where and how efficiently that money is spent before I decide if it’s worth the investment as opposed to giving instead to one of the many other very worthy causes within the overall freedom movement.

I agree with what you just said. The C4L should sometime in the near future come out with specific expenditures so we could analyze the results. It would definitely help.
