So Trump was handed the reins of a federal government that was at the highest degree of fascism that it had ever been in history. And he said to himself, "This government isn't fascist enough yet. I need to make it just a little bit more fascist."

And your excuse for him is that, yes, it's factually true that he did lead the federal government into being even more fascist than the most fascist it had ever been in history up to that point, but he only took it a little bit further. So he wasn't as bad as all the other presidents who didn't take it as far as he did.

I would like to know how much was because of fraud and how much was because all the rules were changed. The down-ballot results seem to suggest fraud was a big factor, but the American public has been prevented from any semblance of an audit.
