Me too .... I emailed rshimshock early Thursday, and bshonka early Friday, but haven't heard back :(

I have sent out 20, want to do 100 more.

I did check my spam folder. Maybe GMail is blocking it altogether?

Has anyone received addresses Thursday, Friday or today?

5 Returns

Greetings All,

I've gotten 5 (out of 341) letters returned so far as "undeliverable/unable to forward". I looked up the names and zip codes on whitepages.com and for 2 of them there is someone at the address with the correct last name but a different first name. Think I should try resending the letters to these two or just let them be?

I'd say let them be. You might end up wasting postage if they get returned again. There's plenty of others out there who still need letters.

341 is awesome.

Guys - josh is pretty good about responding here, try his email hellzballer at yahoo.com

I want to commend you guys/gals for your efforts. The lady I'm working with at the billboard company received a letter supporting Ron Paul. She was very impressed, I believe I converted most of the office since I started working with them. We are all having a big effect.

Keep it up!

This is good to hear. It makes the hand cramps worthwhile.

Ok. Mission accomplished. I hand wrote a letter and had 100 copies with the Ron Paul Truth and Integrity flyer on the obverse side made at the local print/copy shop. I signed and wrote a brief message in 100 Christmas cards and stuffed my letter/flyer with the cards. I put them in the mail a couple of hours ago, but my tongue still tastes like glue. My total cost was about $58.00 and ~6 hours time.

Cheers

Greetings All,

Another 3 letters were returned, two for invalid address and one because the recipient was deceased :(

I'll think about asking for more after the 16th, if I have any money left for stamps.

Just put in a request for names. Not to sounds impatient, but when should i expect addresses? Just out of curiosity...i realize that sounds snobby, I dont mean it like that.

Greetings All,

Update, out of 341 letters sent 9 have now been returned, and the last one returned was from the last batch I sent out. So I can assume the other 332 have been delivered, opened (hey, the envelopes were hand addressed) and hopefully read. That's a 97.4% successful delivery rate.

Anyone heard any feedback?

William C Colley

When I did the letter writing for the IA straw poll, I think I got around 8/170 bounced. 5% or so doesn't seem too unreasonable considering how many people move every year.
