I sent out 59 with return addresses, no replies yet. 59 without also, because I forgot them. More are going out today, maybe I will get some replies?

I finally got the time to knock out my first 20. I settled on a typed letter, hand addressed, with a handwritten note on the bottom to call or email me if they would like to talk. I decided it would still have enough visual hook with the handwritten parts (including phone number and email), but would allow me to write a little longer letter to set the content hook better. I am including a mosiac flyer and issues flyer in the envelope.
