What about them?What about the current 3rd world country immigrants who are already here legally and those who became citizens?
If I had my way, Hart-Celler would be repealed and the following language would be inserted into the 1924 Immigration Act, which would be re-instated:
On the day of repeal, if you are a fully naturalized citizen, then you retain all the legal rights and privileges of a citizen, including any minor children.
If you are not, then you do not, and you are subject to deportation at any time.
