Invasion USA

I thought that it was established that the U.S. (Fauci & Co.) funded that, Gain of Function and all, and that indications were that it originated in Ft. Detrick, MD, before it went to China?

My understanding from reading "Deception" is that the GoF research was all done in Wuhan.

Yes, it had US funding and assistance, those responsible for that, deserve a bullet, but it was cultured, strengthened and released, on purpose, by the Communist Chinese.

As to the "invasion": When the GOP authorizes $2,334,000,000 in Title IV of the Department of Health and Human Services to facilitate immigration, I call that an invitation. Of course I am 100% against that. But until the American people start putting blame directly where it belongs and demand an end to it, no amount of additional money will ever stop it.

Over and over and over I've placed the blame on them.

Thankfully, maybe they are, since the Schumer/Lankford bill seems to have been killed rather quickly by the screams of the people.

I never read "Deception", perhaps I should sometime. My understanding, and I could be wrong, was that Obummer outlawed GoF research, which was done at Ft Detrick, so after Fauci received more funding under Trump, he went about looking for other countries to do it in. China happened to have a lab cheap enough for him to continue, so that's where he set up shop. From what I understand, he would have been happy in any country that permitted it, if China did not.

PS: I think the Schumer/Lankford bill was killed because too many people are saying $20 Billion isn't enough. I am pretty sure that they don't even know about Title IV of the Department of Health and Human Services, otherwise they would be fumed and actually call for a stop payment. But Americans typically don't care as long as more is done at any expense.

I don't watch TV and I don't get the immigration fear porn. I only know what's going on locally.

In the last five years two separate mosques have moved in within walking distance of where I live, and I don't really live in a walking area.

They all come legally. They all do what's required and get their cards.

They all were loaded in their home countries. They bring their wealth here where it was not earned and they buy big expensive houses and big expensive cars and contribute more to prices spiraling out of control.

They all treat their women like shit. They all have their kids in after-school programs indoctrinating them in the ways of the home country and undoing any Americanization that might happen incidentally.

They all have the unstated understanding that leaving the faith is a threat to your life and none of them care that America isn't traditionally ok with that.

They are all a legitimate, tangible threat to the American way of life.
...

Everything starts (and is tested in California). I have been telling similar stories for probably 25 years. Unfortunately, most don't believe such things until they see it happen to their home. The places in America where people can merrily deny that immigration is a problem are growing smaller and smaller...

Ok great. Now show me:
1) Where there are unorganized militia that are something more than the subject of FBI entrapment schemes,
2) Where the National Guard has ever been used to execute the laws of the Union, suppress an insurrection, or repel an invasion.

One literally doesn't exist and the other is not used for any constitutional power involving invasions - one of its main purposes is actually to help execute invasions.

In either case the militia does not exist and that part of the US Constitution is inoperative.

Repeating what I accused susano of is not an argument unless you deal with the rebuttal I already gave you.

You're making leftist arguments. You're redefining words to make the document say something it does not say.
There has never been an invasion in the history of the world where the aggressors wanted to cut grass at a substandard wage.
If you want to argue that the 10th Amendment doesn't apply here then make it.
If you want to renege on the Constitution, go ahead.

But don't peddle leftist constitutional arguments and expect the troops to rally around you.

While the militia may not exist, the National Guard does. It was used during the LA riots to "execute laws" that local LE was unable to do because of the overwhelming numbers of rioters.

What is your point about the 10th amendment? Sorry, but I'm not clear on that. Do you mean a state or states can repel an invasion and execute the laws or that a state can invite in as many illegals as it feels like?

It's an invasion orchestrated by the federal govt and you have no basis upon which to say 6.2 million people are here to "mow lawns". Some of them may be and others may not. Nobody knows who the fuck they are and, even prior to this, illegals have committed a lot of violent crime (there are enough American criminals and we don't need more). This invasion is costing Americans a shit ton of money and exposing them to more crime so there are real damages, as there are with all invasions.

I don't think the vast majority of Americans know anything about the funding.

I agree. 3 of them installed my wall-to-wall carpet not too long ago :o

That's why we keep going round-and-round and never solve a thing. One of my top rules is: fiscal responsibility can get one out of many negative situations.

I couldn't agree more and it drives me crazy. For instance, why aren't the hard core border security Republicans (and one Democrat) holding daily press conferences to alert the public to these facts?

Boy, that's a topic that, from my experience, isn't too welcome here. I actually went to the border a couple of times to see first hand. There are some that actually want the wall, but there are more that don't want it at all. It has actually disrupted and divided their towns/communities and ranches, sometimes they have to drive the tractor and farm equipment 5-10 miles down the road before they can access their own farmland, and fuel/maintenance adds up. Republicans throughout the country don't want to hear that, they simply want a wall. But the reality down there is so much different. Again, if people thought more fiscally, and looked at how the fed.gov is funding all of this crap, the problem would certainly work itself out without having to spend any money.

As Trump Prepares Immigration Rally in Arizona, Over 200 Organizations Release ‘2021 Immigration Action Plan’, Offering Blueprint to Undo Damage Wrought by Trump, Transform America’s Immigration System

https://theimmigrationhub.org/press-release-2021-immigration-action-plan

200 communist organizations, all operating tax free and that includes RFK Jr's Children's Defense Fund. While I know that foundations are big players in funding this shit, and I know the State Department pays these fucking church groups and synagogues to traffic, I decided to look for more info on it and find this:

According to Forbes, Catholic Charities USA was the 13th-largest U.S. charity last year. Of its total $4.7 billion in revenues, Catholic Charities received $1.4 billion from government support, compared with $1 billion in private donations and $2.2 billion in other income.

In its 2021 financial statement, Lutheran Immigration and Refugee Service reported it received more than $93.1 million in U.S. government grants, and $23.2 million in church, foundation, corporate, and other contributions, making taxpayer-funded grants more than 80% of its total support. In fiscal year 2022, the Department of Health and Human Services alone issued the Lutheran Immigration and Refugee Service a whopping $182.6 million in grants for unaccompanied alien children and refugee services.

According to its 2022 financial report, out of Church World Service’s $51.1 million in assets, more than $20.5 million came in the form of grant funds, and only $511,000 were from contributions. The New York City-based entity is a 501(c)(3) organization under the Internal Revenue Code, so it pays no federal income taxes, but it spent more than $3.7 million in advocacy and receives more than 40% of its assets from taxpayer-funded grants.

[Catch that? This NYC church outfit took in 20.5 million but only spent 3.7 million doing it's alleged thing. Where's the rest of the money?]

In 2021, HIAS (originally the Hebrew Immigrant Aid Society) reports it received more than $40.9 million in grants from the departments of Health and Human Services, State, and Homeland Security, compared with $46 million in contributions.

The U.S. Conference of Catholic Bishops’ Migration and Refugee Services lists 10 federal grants for migration and refugee services on its website, including eight from HHS (to provide services for newly arrived refugees; strengthen refugee marriage and families; unaccompanied alien children placement and reunification in the U.S.; a joint grant with Catholic Charities USA to provide training and assistance regarding human trafficking; a joint grant with the Lutheran group to address needs of refugee youth, children, and families, which was later supplemented to find homes for trafficked children; and another to provide services to adult trafficking victims); one State Department grant (resettlement services to newly arriving refugees); and one DHS grant (to process, receive, and place Cuban and Haitian parolees).

So now, STOP THE GD FUNDING! And IMO, Trump poked the hornets nest because of his lousy Eminent Domain!

Yeah, I recall a time when people went back and forth across the border with ease. I'm gonna guess it was 9/11 (was inside job) that changed all that and then the massive welfare incentives were put in place. It kind of resembles how one might run a plantation, eh? Rhetorical. Put that in context with the security-surveillance state and the buying up of housing by Blackrock et al and it looks like feudalism.

Eminent Domain - without Property Rights, you are a slave.

Without AG & cattle ranching, eat synthetic meat and protein bugs - Bill Gate's wildest dream.

That border was a $1 BILLION per day economy before it all got mucked up - by Fed.Gov!

I don't doubt it but I'm not sympathetic to the meat industry because I'm a vegetarian. I wish they'd switch to growing fruits and veggies :)

Eminent domain needs to be repealed from the constitution. The country will collapse before that happens, though. I'm not optimistic.

That's good until they bring it up AGAIN and try to put more more money into it. Meantime, what about the existing FUNDING that continues?!?! Every "true" republican should be screaming to their reps to stop it!

They did.

What I am hearing is that the pushback on this was massive and across the board.

You want people to get angry about the government funding end of of this invasion, well they are.

As they should be.
