Introduce yourself! Who, What, Where, Why!

Jay here from Winnipeg, Manitoba Canada.
First learned of Dr. Paul from Penn and Teller's Bullshit show on taxes. I was surprised to see a pollitician talk negatively about income tax and decided to see who we was. I watched a bunch of his debate responses from 2008 and I've been a fan ever since.

Thank you for using your head as something other than a hat rack! Welcome. Sure wish you could vote with us. You'd be a good, strong addition to the voter pool here.

My name is Arby Silverfire, born Leong Lap Gong. I changed my name to be more american. I am your typical junior senator 14 year old in school. (Suit and tie, policy conversation, refrain from anything "very dirty") bad boy party animals at nite. I love writing, eating and reading Ron Paul.

^^^^
Are you trolling? You really changed your name at 14 years old to Arby Silverfire? I call bs. And your sig is why you already have neg rep from someone.

Hey guys, been lurking for a while, but I'm finally coming out of my shell so I guess I'll introduce myself. I'm Bryant, I go to Florida State University where I'm a senior getting ready to graduate, and majoring in finance and economics. I became interested in Dr. Paul during the 2007 Republican Presidential debates, and I've been pretty hooked since. That of course led me into libertarianism, which led me to people like Rothbard and others. Looking forward to Dr. Paul speaking here at FSU in about a month or so and I'm hoping that I at least get to shake his hand and get a book signed if nothing else.

Welcome. Hope you catch him with a pen in his hand. Sorry more aren't here to welcome you.

Never took Latin. Didn't have much luck with ancient Greek to speak of, either. How does Nole translate?

Short for Seminoles, our school's mascot. Showing a bit of school spirit with the screen name

:D Don't know why I didn't think of that. I'm in Oklahoma, and if you'll recall, we got most of your Seminoles (the real ones) and are none the worse for the trade!

Welcome!

I am True and I am a Ron Paul Revolutionary. I created an account so I, mainly, create pro-Paul posts and, hopefully, people will link to them.

"I will be a small part in a historical event, the Ron Paul REVOLution."
- Me

I'm a 27 year old college graduate and small business owner from Boston's Suburbia. I look forward to reading different perspectives on here. Thanks

College student from TN (as if my username and avatars aren't dead giveaways. Just showing a little school pride since the women made the NCAA tournament only to get annihilated by Duke.) Discovered who Ron Paul was when I was in high school. I couldn't believe that a sitting Congressman was actually saying stuff that made sense.

Since then, I've gone on to college. I'm a History/Political Science double major in my fourth year. I've got one more year to go, thanks to adding history to political science.

Different R Us.

We may lead you down a garden path or two, but it won't be The Garden Path. Too contrarian for that.

I try to get out there and educate as many people as possible about the Ron Paul Revolution. I just wish I had known who he was sooner. He is a genius.

I wish I had heard him earlier also, I just hope it's not to late, "they" seem to be moving fast to put more and more controls on us. Guess I'll volunteer for his campaign if he runs in 2012.

Count on it and don't wait. You are the campaign. Spread the word yesterday.

And welcome.

Hi! I am currently a high school student from Indiana. I heard of Ron Paul when my Mom told me I should look into his positions. I also have a youtube channel where I will be posting some political videos. "IndianaPolitico".

Hey, I'm Travis. I live in Southern, IN.
Heard of Ron Paul in 2007. Didn't have much of a chance to help with his campaign, plus during the time I was going through some "transitions" in my views on a lot of things so I was one of the people being "won over" at the time. (Though that happened very quickly since I was already anti-federal reserve). I'm stoked about these messages boards and am eager to get in the game and do everything I can to spread the message of liberty and do all that is in my power to see him elected our next president.

Hi everyone although I've posted many times here, I left out the introduction when I joined. I'm a young conservative republican now leaning libertarian who's a History Major in college and got about 3 semesters left. I grew up in a modest moderate family and I was raised around many conservatives and never for a realization thought about the phrase neo-con for a second. I located the libertarian platform about two years ago and never gave it any thought though I admired it because it had a LOT of conservative stances. I used to be a supporter of Bush and really admired the guy and I kept shaking off the comments and opinions but then slowly ever so slowly after 2008 I realized and faced facts and the truth about Iraq and the war on terror and how each day we lose liberty and rights.

The country or at least 52% of it fell for Obama. It was a sad day a VERY sad day. My stomach turned as I watched the electorial college work and slowly changed the majority of the country blue. People around me were singing Obama's praises. It was DISGUSTING. I even skipped college the day after election day because everyone would be bragging about him. It felt like the whole world went mad. I knew what was coming around the bend and it wasn't going to be pretty. I held my nose and voted for McCain and Palin. I liked Palin but McCain was pretty much diet Obama or almost Classic Obama.

I recieved a flyer of Ron Paul in the mail and to this day I wish to God I kept it. I really liked what I saw but I disagreed on his war stance. (I was still brainwashed by neo-cons). Still I really liked the guy but thought he wasn't good enough for president.

While Obama was in office I clung to talk radio as if it were my only hope. Rush Limbaugh, Sean Hannity, Glenn Beck, Mark Levin, and Michael Savage were instantly my favorites. I was still knee deep in Neo-Con land and not paying heed to what was really going on. Then one day, I watched Alex Jones' Obama deception then I watched what Ron Paul was saying in the video, my brother got interested as well and we slowly started doing research then we saw all the videos on youtube about the deception of the election and how Ron Paul was censored, and put down and shut out but the brave man kept going and going. And the so called conservative radio hosts were in on it, plus the MSM media and of all places FOX News whom I really used to trust, shut him down little by little. I was hit hard by what FOX news has done to this lawbiding, put country first American hero.

Plus the coruption in this country has hit an all time low. Bailouts, innocent people being put in jail on God knows how many trumped up charges. Wrecking cultures to feed the elite. I can go on and on about the travesties and outrages of the government.

Soon my mind was made up, I became a fan and mega supporter of him around January of this year. I support his message of peace and prosperity and liberty and minimum government. I had literally WOKE up and now think in the ways of a true conservative. We need to stop the wars stop the spending stop the loaning and FIX OUR country. And Ron Paul is the man to do it. Not Herman Cain, Not Trump, or Newt or anyone that the establishment puts up.

I'm happy to say that I'm now part of a warm and friendly community that desires liberty as much as I do. And I learn more interesting things that I'm eager to spread the word about. I do everything I can to talk to strangers and my relatives and I inform them of what's truly going on. I admire the grassroots and what they've done and ALL the effort they created to help try to put Ron Paul in the white house. They ARE the TRUE teaparty WAY before Palin and Bachman and neo-cons hijacked it. You guys are the best and I wish I was there. Holding the signs and American flags and participating in such a historical moment. Alas I don't know if I can be there physically because of my location in Louisiana. I'm proud of my State because Senator Vitter supports Auditing the Fed and I believe one of my Reps is supporting the House version of the Audit Bill. But hopefully when Ron Paul runs I'll be there rallying people in my home state. I found the Ron Paul forums and here's everyone keeping the faith that this country will have a true revolution. So many that haven't given up, so many that have been waiting including me for a true revolution that will put this country back on track, so many that will be waiting and ready for him to flip the switch! Best of all new people have signed up and the numbers keep growing.

God Bless you all.

-Chowder.

P.S Ron Paul 2012! The Revolution is coming!
