Introduce yourself! Who, What, Where, Why!

Long time lurker, first time poster. My name is Bret, 28 years old, and I've been a Ron Paul supporter since 2007. I'm a member of my local Ron Paul meet up and do everything I can do get the message out via Facebook and speaking to people. I'm eager to be a part of a forum where I can both learn and contribute, as well as promote Dr. Paul and liberty.

My name is Reece. I wasn't able to vote in 2008, because I was too young. However, I recently heard about Ron Paul, and I will be able to vote this time around. Ron Paul 2012!

Ron Paul ever since the first gop primary debate in 07. I started just simply being anti-war and now I'm a pretty hardcore Paulite.
I check lrc and dailypaul each 3 or 4 times daily. I might be addicted to liberty.

Greetings Hoosier!

Greetings Freedom Fighters! Dave here, native Georgian, husband and father of three boys! Active participant in our Floyd county Ron Paul Group, and NorthWest Georgia Liberty Group,
a small but growing number of locals, dedicated to the support, education and mobilization of Liberty orientated individuals and groups. Find us on Facebook. I would suggest that others across the country do something similar, county by county, State by State, to unite the cause for Liberty! I would also while I am here like to bring this Time Magazine bracketology poll to everyones attention, someone should make use of this before they realize what has happened, HA! Peace and Prosperity !!!http://www.time.com/time/gopbracket/ Dr. Paul above 70%!!!!!!!!!

Hello everyone! My name is Verlie Joy Walters. I'm 23 and live in Alexandria, LA. I have a Bachelors degree in Psychology with a minor in Political Science. I currently work as a personal trainer/Pilates instructor.

I first heard about Ron Paul about four years ago (unfortunately, my enlightenment didn't come until after the 2008 election). I have been a dedicated supporter ever since, finding out as much as a can about the revolution and inspiring all who will listen (and even those who pretend as if they don't care) to come over to the light side. I intend on putting together several Ron Paul awareness events in my home town over the next year. I fear that many people around here may not what he truly stands for.

Like most Americans, I am fed up with "Big Brother." I will not sit idly by while my liberties are stripped from me one by one. Something must be done. As a human being I am entitled to life, LIBERTY, and the pursuit of happiness.

Ron Paul is the only politician who has a clue. He is the man who can restore this great nation.

Hello my name is Andrew Grenon from Christchurch, New Zealand. I am a big admirer of the USA constitution. What a shame more of your people don't realise that defending that document is the key to the future security of your nation. This sad fact is reflected in the kinds of leaders you have elected to power. At least we have Ron Paul and you fine people to try spread the message! Peace.

Hello fellow defenders of freedom and liberty. I'm from Florida, married for 14 years and like many of us here, Dr. Paul cured my apathy.

Since I'm new, I'll give a quick background. I am 26 year old male Hispanic. I was born on Long Island, live in NJ, and have already donated to Paul. I intend to do so, again. I have never been involved in any campaigns officially or unofficially. I do vote, even in the primaries. Last time around, I liked Paul. I just wasn't sold on him. I supported Christie, because Lonegan scared the living out of me, and Corzine was more corrupt than a sith lord. So far, I consider Jon Runyan a huge disappointment. Two of my high school friends' father is a Republican and the mayor of my town.

My name is Ray, in case you really need to know. ;)

Hello all

Last election I hated Ron Paul. This time I have seen wisdom in his words. I still don't agree with some of his foreign policy, and that combined with his age would make him a better choice for Vice-President. Herman Cain is my candidate and I am sure many on this forum can't stand him, but he is a good man. The only black mark on his record was his support for TARP, but I think he(like many conservatives) were influenced by the dire economic situations. We have learned our lesson about government bailouts. Those that see him as an evil Fed Chairman are a little hypocritical is they don't view Paul as an evil Washington insider. The fact is neither are evil. Cain/Paul 2012.

My favorite Presidents are Reagan, Eisenhower, and the guy in my avatar, Coolidge.

Thanks. I will continue researching but I think he is firmly my candidate.

Love the avatar. I hope we don't get another McCain.

Might as well go for 'I'll talk to my Lawyer's' Romney as Cain has basically the same approach. Independent thinking and logical rigour is as hard to find in America as one-cent candy (Oh, don't you remember those days). If you want to support a candidate which derisively chided free-marketeers instead of the only Market/Libertarian in the race -- Ron Paul -- then all I can say is you might as well support Krugman, because he's said or done some good things at some point, over someone like Rothbard or Mises. Makes about as much sense.

Coolidge is an interesting study .

Hey everyone! I'm from Tyler, Tx. I'm a moderate who use to only vote third Party on principle, because I was sick of the BS... well, that was before a friend of mine introduced me to the philosophies of a man named Ron Paul! Now I'm all about Ron Paul! my new goal in life is to get everyone I know to show up on March 4th and vote for Ron Paul in the Texas Republican Primaries! I know we can win this time... we HAVE to win, this country can't take 4 more years of the usual!
