Importance of Bob Barr getting into the debates

if we could only unite the cp/lp under a new platform with the ron paul republicans and dems and independents, then you now have a REAL 3rd Party with alot of clout and possibly polling over 15-25% and even higher, so I'M EXPECTING SOMETHING REALLY BIG SEPT 2nd I expect ron paul and barr and baldwin to start talking and the leaders of the 2 parties(lp/cp) to swallow their pride and see a NEW PLATFORM, it would explode across america, PLEASE I BEG OF YOU!!!PLEASE, MAKE IT HAPPEN sigh...
A NEW PLATFORM, A NEW PARTY, united under a platform that crosses all party lines, Liberty Party or something, WE NEED A NEW BRAND NAME , with this NEW PARTY , i say it is possible, ron paul needs to start bumpin some heads in the lp/cp and wake them up!!!!

With all due respect, I would say you're the moron if you really
think barr's message is anything like Ron Paul's message.

Barr's message--the words-- is pretty much identical to Paul's. They certainly put emphasis on different areas but they speak the same language.

Get immediately out of Iraq. Get out of rest of world. No more income tax. More liberty. More liberty. More liberty. Freedom too. Lower taxes. Sound money. States' rights. The Constitution. Pro-life. Nonintervention.

Paul put emphasis on foreign policy and monetary policy. Barr has been putting emphasis on liberty in general in order to appeal to more people.

Go around town and ask people about Ron Paul... I bet most of them will tell you "Oh yeah! I really liked him.... but I just couldn't vote for him because of his one stance on.. blah blah blah"

As a matter of fact, my aunt told me she agreed Ron Paul is a very smart guy and has great views on this country's problems, but she said she didn't like his stance on federal highways. Are you serious?

Barr, with his dumbed down libertarianism will get those same naive people to say "Yeah, we've lost lots of our freedoms and need them back" as opposed to "Abolish the Fed? Bring every one of our troops home? That's wayyyy too kooky and radical for me!"

I honestly think that by allowing biased moderators to guide the flow of information, we do end up with two hacks speaking about issues that have no bearing on the source of the problems in this country.

Candidates can differ from their party's platform. Bob Barr does, Ron Paul did. Let's at least be honest.

How do Bob Barr's present views differ from that of the Libertarian Party?

Ron Paul's positions WERE the views of the Republican Party.

Chuck Baldwin is practically the SPOKESPERSON of the Constitution Party, and has been for a long time.
