It is VERY important that Barr get into the debates. I heard that most debates will require 15% of the vote in their polls (10% for google's debate though).

The presidential debates are watched by many more people than the republican primaries are.
The last time a non neocon or neoliberal got into the presidential debates it was Perot. And we saw how Perot's popularity and vote percent exploded after the nation watched him in the debate (and of course the libretarian message would greatly increase in popularity)

It really was not shocking, he was debating with Bush Sr and Bill Clinton, they both are retards.

It really would not be shocking if Barr's popularity rapidly moves up if he could get that 15% poll vote and enter the debate. McCain and Obama are as retarded as Bush Sr and Clinton were.

Write in Ron Paul!

Curious to why you hate Bob Barr? His voting record since he became a Libertarian has been great and Ron Paul like.

Writing in Ron Paul is like not voting. They will not be counted at all, just thrown away.

Its not worth the chance...

Why is it not worth the chance? It is a huge opportunity to spread the Libertarian message. Barr is already polling at 6 percent nationally.

Writing in Ron Paul (or anyone) is a huge waste.

Don't tell me that its a waste. I'm voting from my heart. I will only vote Chuck Baldwin if Ron Paul endorses him and I do not think he will.

He has changed his philosphy since he voted for them. He switched to Libratarian and he has voted like a libratarian ever since.

He is not like say Obama who says he is antiwar but votes for war. Barr's voting backs up his philosophy change.

That clip talks about his voting record before he switched.

The revolution is built from alot of ex-neocons like me. Not everyone is a libertarian from the day they are born.

The movement is more than about one man (Ron Paul). He himself has said that several times.

Joseph, I'm sorry, but you really are a complete moron for wanting to write in Paul and for not seeing the opportunity of SPREADING OUR MESSAGE if Barr makes the debates.

EDIT: I don't like Barr too much for his voting record but that's completely irrelevant because he will not win the election. All that matters is the debates and even if he's lying about it, talking about libertarian views on those debates will wake up MANY people to the philosophy of freedom. That's the only reason I support him.

Barr, a "true libertarian" advocating government intervention in the Fannie Mae subprime mess. Yes Bob, you're right, I don't own a home, but I, and every other citizen in the united states should pay for this mess that the government and these crooked brokers created with more bail-outs, clearly that is the libertarian thing to do, and to say. In a real free market system it should only be the investors and the company that takes the hit, but no, in this case you still have execs walking away with millions in golden parachutes, and YOU, YOU will pay for it. Bob Barr is of course in agreement as any good big government neocon, patriot act traitor would be.

I support the message, and Barr did "wake up" before I ever did... BUT! HE has been in politics longer so this gives me an edge. I'm 23.

He shoulda known better. Bottom line.
You, have an advantage, as you are either a)smarter than him or b)ethically/morally superior to him.
Pick one.
eta-
or both. :)

At least you got that part right. After he was booted out
of Congress his voting record "has been GREAT" cause he's
not been voting and further eroding our liberties.

With all due respect, I would say you're the moron if you really
think barr's message is anything like Ron Paul's message.
