If I recall correctly the ballots were recounted by a private group funded by Jesse Jackson. The count was done after the election was certified and was not legally recognized but it did determine the accuracy of the vote.

Didn't say it would. Just saying it probably could if someone was willing to pay for it. Maybe someone should start a non profit organization that randomly does recounts after elections to keep the system honest.

Apparently they Were. There was a post about the strange discrepancy between the exit polls and actual votes on another thread.

And your right it is found in all cases of voter fraud.(Unless they rig the exit polls too)
