She'll eventually endorse McCain as well...
I don't think any of these neo-con hacks will endorse Paul. Ever. If they were principled, honest and conservative, they might. But when you tout yourself as the be all, end all of American conservatism, you can't endorse someone drastically more conservative than you. They'll back their Bushes and Romneys until all of them back McCain, and then the neo-con hacks will follow suit, say it's better to vote a Republican than a Democrat. They're safe for now because McCain has not been assured the nomination quite yet. When he does, I wouldn't doubt it if Coulter, Rush, and the rest follow behind to help prop up the future Also-Ran of the United States.
Remember, not everyone fawned over Bush back in 2000. The climate was fairly similar to what it is now, a lot of disenchantment and apathy. Then, when Bush sealed the nomination the fawning began to prop him up as the savior against the socialist machine of the Democratic party and it's candidate, Al Gore. Then they fought against "media bias" that questioned Bush's ethics, they fought against prosecuting election fraud in Florida by saying Gore was just a sore loser, they said Bush has set a completely different tone for his presidency than Clinton, they said to talk against the President's decision to go to war is close to treasonous, etc. etc etc etecetcetcetc.
And now, people are actually defending someone who 8 years earlier would never have been in their top ten choices for president. It will happen here too. Just wait.
