I was Ron Paul for Halloween, and everyone loved it!

I went to several bars and house parties in Austin, TX and got nothing but praises for my costume.

The moment I walked into one of the houses, 5 guys in the very back of the room shouted "RON PAUL!!!," ran over to me, and hung out with our goup all night. The moment when they shouted had everyone (easily 100 people) looking at me....that definately got a lot of people's attention.

At a karaoke bar, I had a lot of people come up to me and talk a little politics.....surprisingly NO ONE was against Ron Paul. A lot of people said that they had voted for Obama, but that they're going to vote for REAL change when they vote for Ron Paul. One 70 year old lady said that she was originally for Rick Perry, but is now going to vote for Ron Paul. Another guy came up and said that he voted for me in 88, and 08, and cant wait to vote for me again. When I got up and sang, I got so many cheers and shouts "Ron Paul!"

I never got heckled, never got nay-sayed, and had overwhelmingly positive reception.
all in all....I feel like a lot of people are googling Ron Paul now. We're gonna win this thing.

Even printed out a bunch of tiny "Obamadollars" that I handed out as stimulus and gave people cards that said "You've been foreclosed on!", "Your 401k has been wiped out by inflation!", "U Owe Me $50,000 (Will collect at my discretion)", and "You've qualified for a mortgage you can't afford! (See me later for your foreclosure)". I wore a suit for the first part of the party, then went out and put on a prison jumpsuit for the rest of the time. Turned out to be more of a hit than I expected, but I also became the punching bag for the night.

Yeah, a lot of the people I talked with were genuinely pissed off about Obama.

How were you able to post your photo? I was going to add a photo of my daughter dressed as a Ron Paul supporter, which is her real life attire as well but the image tags just allowed the link to show up as a link, no photo.
