I voted in between classes. So during my econ class my prof sees that i voted and asked who I voted for, of course I said Ron Paul, she said she liked him too but wasn't sure he could win. Unfortunately she will not be voting today as she believes she shouldn't vote unless she knows about all the candidates, but about 5 in a class of 25 were going to vote Paul today, and maybe a few more got interested after the in class discussion. I just hope all of us turn out!

Nice! If you're done with class before the polls close at 8 (which I assume you will be), go out and get the vote out/wave signs in front of (100 ft away, though, to comply w/federal law) polling places, please! Every vote counts! :D

Right on! I don't understand this whole "Oh he's not going to win" thing. She should not throw her vote away just because the person is not going to win.

Good Job Glad you got out and voted today... I am waiting for the Indiana Primaries, I have been talking with many people at my college on who they will vote for and if they say anyone besides RP I give them all the lit and most of the time that will convert them to RP.. It really isnt hard to convert people once they get the message... Best of luck to RP in Michigan and again thanks for the vote... It is beautifulll.... :D

I voted - I also convinced my parents and uncle to vote for Ron Paul. Now I have to work on my Aunt...

THANK YOU!

I'm confused why a Prof. would say that same broken record response..."...not sure he could win."

If everyone who says that voted for him, he'd win in a landslide :D

Keep it up!!!

Every single vote counts (particularly today because of all the talk of low voter turn out..)!!

Not voting for someone that you believe in because you think they will wind up losing is selling your soul.

Wow, you have a college professor that isn't a moronic socialist!? And she at least kind of likes Ron Paul!? LUCKY! One of my professors, on the other hand, equated capitalism with slavery today, and all of the other students agreed.:(

I am a JR in High school and we had a fake vote today. Huckabee won the republicans with six votes with Romney and McCain getting 2 and 3 votes. I was the only one to vote for Ron :'( We got to vote for two people so i also voted for Kucinich. Obama won the Democrats with 20 Votes (80%) and Edwards got 3 votes with Hillary and Kucinich getting one.

yea, that "not going to win" statement really bugs...

well, if everyone who says they aren't going to vote for him for that very reason WOULD vote for him - think of how many 10s of thousands of votes he'd have!

" I dont think he can win so I'm voting for 100 years of war, America going busted, losing our soverignity, more lies, and Facsism."

Just what is this "I don't think he can win" thing? Are Americans so obsessed with "winning" that they will compromise their beliefs???? Geeeezzzz....

If the recent elections are any indication, less than 50% of voters will vote Republican. Thus, if you want a Republican to win the general election, you need to vote for someone who can attract votes from both Republicans and Democrats.

Ron Paul is the only candidate with any possibility of doing this. If you do not vote for him, you are indirectly voting for a Democrat in the White House.
