If the recent elections are any indication, less than 50% of voters will vote Republican. Thus, if you want a Republican to win the general election, you need to vote for someone who can attract votes from both Republicans and Democrats.
Ron Paul is the only candidate with any possibility of doing this. If you do not vote for him, you are indirectly voting for a Democrat in the White House.
This is literally the best argument, IMO. No way in hell a Republican is going to win if you look at total turnout. Only a crossover candidate even has a shot....people are so stupid, it takes forever to even explain the argument. I guess people can't do math in their heads or they don't pay attention to raw democratic votes
